  1. Yeah can't disagree on the Norther Ireland shout at all. Think ROI are a bit too inconsistent and that'll cost them.
  2. That Villa ticket decision is awful. Makes no sense at all. May as well lob in benefits for going to watch Coton green or Sutton Coldfield.
  3. He shook their hands and all, just left the stage quick. No big deal really Tomorrow should be good. Some quality match ups. Really think Hong Kong v Wales is the pick of the quarters. If hong kong are at their best it'll be an uncomfortable match for Gezzy and Clayton
  4. He's only 18, you can cut him some slack Humphries always classy in defeat or victory though
  5. Fair play Germany, played well but the lukes were absolute gash! Australia or the Dutch for me now. Mainly Australia because I have a lot of love for heta
  6. Hong Kong could genuinely trouble any of the teams in this tournament
  7. Close enough Spirited performance by Malaysia but the Czech scoring has been good I missed the evening session, how did they decide the winner of the Irish group in the end? Was it averages?
  8. Well I didn't see that one coming Canada very poor but fair play Malaysia for taking advantage
  9. Croatia must be sick, missed match darts in all 3 legs Ireland made this a bit tougher than I expected. Fully expected the whitewash in that one
  10. Every 3 darts
  11. Feel for labanauskas a bit there Let down by his mate, but hes only a part timer
  12. I thought Van den bergh had taken an indefinite break a month or two ago. Maybe just back for the WC MVG has taken a break, him and missus have split up after 11 years, which definitely explains why he's looked terrible most of this year. I imagine he wanted to see through the Prem commitments and then take a break. I'm looking forward to Croatia, purely because Boris Krcmar looks like a bouncer that got bored on shift and decided to start having a throw Unit of a man, he can play a bit as well.
  13. Birmingham spent about £30m in league one. I'll be shocked if he has anything near the type of season Chris Davies did. If he does, then he needs fast tracking to Man City.
  14. Does Huybrechts like anyone? Closest thing I can see to a "shock" tonight might be Lithuania to beat Sweden in the first round. I'm mainly basing this on the performances last week in the Nordics. Would feel much more confident for them if Harryson as playing as he's been on fine form recently.
  15. Anyone gonna be watching the world cup this weekend? I think the bookies odds are about spot on with England 1/2 to win and Wales 9/2 to win Group stages kick off this evening, should be a fun watch.
  16. Is it not limited to 2 years at 17 and then moves to 3 years at 18? (This is me applying old FM knowledge) Either way, if we lock him down and he performs as well as we all hope. Clubs aren't going to risk waiting for him to be available on tribunal, they'll want to get bids in early to lock him down.
  17. We'd probably still pay more than any of the Serie A teams mentioned.
  18. It did cross my mind, maybe it was an enquiry rather than a bid and its been blown up to be more than it was. If so, then the rest of what I write is irrelevant haha Just seems odd when its been widely accepted for a couple of months that hes likely to be our number 1 next season. Id just expect DoFs to be aware of divisional rivals player situations
  19. Christ, Norwich have their finger on the pulse don't they Rudkin level's of thinking behind that move.
  20. I always liked that people would say "Youri doesn't give a sh*t" and yet almost every goal celebration he was probably the player that was most buzzing. It was just lazy comments that got repeated more and more until it became fact in a lot of peoples minds.
  21. Southgate....sensational job with England... I have no words. He was very lucky in the draws I'll give him that.
  22. Convinced Wymesy's "contact" is some old guy down the country club that thinks Sean From Enderby is a reliable source of info
  23. The winners will earn around $125m, so it's pretty big for clubs in terms of hitting PSR. Absolutely insane money being tossed around for this. A billion dollars, most of which will be going to clubs that have more money given to them than most could dream of. Total prize money pot: USD 1 billion, comprised of a sporting performance pillar of USD 475 million and a participation pillar of USD 525 million. Sporting performance pillar: USD 475 million STAGE PER CLUB Group Stage (three matches) USD 2.0 million win/1.0 million draw per club Round of 16 + USD 7.5 million Quarter-final + USD 13.125 million Semi-final + USD 21.0 million Finalist + USD 30.0 million Winner + USD 40.0 million Participation pillar: USD 525 million CONTINENT PER CLUB Europe USD 12.81-38.19 million * South America USD 15.21 million North, Central America & Caribbean USD 9.55 million Asia USD 9.55 million Africa USD 9.55 million Oceania USD 3.58 million
  24. Just check out the reaction to England 0-4 Hungary 3 years ago.
