They just need to move it to 2 up and play offs. Same as every other division. It made sense back in the day but there barely any gap between top end NL and bottom end League two. Said it for 3 or 4 years now that 2 promotion spots isn't fair.

From what I can gather, there's no issue with telling someone what date they will be sacked. As long as the contract is terminated on that date. I would say it's far more troublesome to alienate and not talk to your employee, especially at such a key time.

I've seen so many part time clubs making announcements and doing business (when they have other jobs to deal with), yet a professional club hasn't sat down to discuss their intentions for the next season with the manager I genuinely loathe the people running this club, I'm a petty man, but I'd genuinely be happy to see the club keep sliding while they're in control. I want everyone under absolutely no doubt that these lot are a clown show and have no business running a football club.
