  1. Probably the fact that him and Facundo have been the only chinks of light in what is a very geriatric and underwhelming attack .Got to fancy he'd look even better if he had team mates that could actually move. Would expect him to have a very dominant year in the 2nd tier and then hopefully step up again the following year. In terms of output looking at numbers I think it's fair to underwhelmed for sure, but there's clearly a player in him. He's got that rare quality of having technical ability and a desire to put himself about as well.
  2. All logic says that selling Bilal this summer makes no sense. So I fully expect him to be first out the door before pre season even starts
  3. I think he'd struggle to make any meaningful impact even in the Saudi league We can dream though
  4. Se we spent £125m in the Championship season. Imagine if we hadn't gone up!
  5. A sensible manager/DOF obviously wouldn't sign him. However, the alure of signing an ex premier league keeper who came through their academy. He's a promotion winning keeper for Huddersfield who saved 3 pens in the final. This is the kind of stuff that they'll absolutely eat up, perfect for the documentary :p
  6. I've got a feeling he's gonna end up back at Wrexham next season
  7. @Pliskin are you going to cancel your season ticket renewal now you know ylthat you can?
  8. Whichever person/group of people from the league okayed this guy to take over Wednesday, really need to be sacked
  9. Andy Johnson has to be up there. Man loves standing on the centre circle and pointing for 90 mins
  10. Hopefully someone with leadership qualities
  11. Haha got a massive cheer didn't they!
  12. Spectacular from Littler, gotta feel for Bunting
  13. If he loves the club in the way that people say he does then he absolutely won't be. He's an anchor round our neck at this point.
  14. Looking at the form it's hard to see them not staying up, that's a very impressive result tonight. Always had a soft spot for them after managing Boston on a game back in the day an Daryl Clare being an absolute bagman for me

I swear appearances for national team are a key component to work permits. Naturally we request he misses those so he can focus on renewing his work permit
  16. Vichai made a load of mistakes, but by either listening, leearning and actually giving a damn, he corrected them. Top does not have that quality. Letting mongerton, rodgers and rudkin absolutely decimate the quality and value of the squad over 2 or 3 years. Clown show.
  17. Mad that 2 ex Coalville players are starters ahead of Raikhy yet Rodgers decided he was the one that should play from the dev team because he was the biggest
  18. If Barnes gave Burn the runaround then Brighton must have been playing their left footed CB at RB
  19. I think we have different definitions of canter It looked like plain sailing at christmas after we won about 6 of the first 10 games with last minute winners. We were about 20 lengths clear going over the last hurdle. sprained our ankle and limped over the line thanks to the other horses doing the same thing. But yeah, I really hated the style and repetitive obvious patterns of play, so that's where a lot of this comes from. If he was Bielsa I'd probably be painting those as positives
  20. Loved the man and his standards, hated his football. Was only a Leeds implosion away from throwing away the most insane lead. I just don't rate coaches that think there's only one way to play the game. If bog standard Championship managers are working you out and beating you with vastly inferior squads. (we lost 7 out of 10 in the back end of that season) I'd like someone with his standards, but a manager that's not going to make watching football a chore.
  21. If the fan base feels they need to put pressure on the ownership to make changes, then how are the ownership fit for the job? I dont get the logic. I keep seeing this and it makes no sense. Hes not purposefully doing bad, hes just bad at running a club. Keeping Top around will see us continue to slide back to the abyss. Hes a step above the Oystons and Chansiri, but he's damaging the club and there's a queue of people that have this unfathomable blind faith that forcing him to sack Rudkin will all of a sudden reverse our fortunes.
  22. I was pretty buzzing to be fair, the guy was quickly tearing apart all the good work Pearson, Walsh and Shakey had done.
  23. Honestly may as well just blame Wellens at this point, if you refuse to accept that the owner and chief decision maker isn't responsible for this mess then you never will.
