Same, hooked and never left. I just don't think it's the same at all for this generation. -

One test a series on BBC would be nice. I imagine Sky/NOW have the numbers to show it's gone quite well for them this series, as someone signing up to a month pass on a deal (say £19.99 a month) if timed right will have had three tests in this series, the open and the start of the EFL. You have to remember it's the mickey mouse competitions that get the youngsters hooked, so in that sense they're good... but as you say they then need access to a free test on the BBC or something to then get into cricket as a wider sport. Test cricket is incredible, but I doubt you'd even find many adults who have time to watch every session on every day, so dipping in and out is always going to be the way to watch it, which might be the best way to attract a younger audience too. For example a quick deal for the BBC who already had the coverage, to show Day 5's conclussion would have been a quick and easy decision! I think BBC used to have this for Golf where they got to show Saturday and Sunday from Majors. Why not do the same with cricket where they get to show Day 4 and 5. -

Anyone know when PL2 stuff usually gets announced? Feels a bit late to have no fixtures or anything announced yet. -

I read that yesterday, i'm intrigued as to how someone who has only ever worked for MK Don's and LCFC has "experience shaping influential narratives across global industries"...... -

I don't think they'd dare, they've realised some fans have a big voice especially after KBet. I've sent DM's with recommendations and complaints and it would be quite easy to match me on here with the LinkedIn messages.... I can still buy tickets for Sunday Unless someone is saying something abhorant or abusive there's no chance. -

As soon as he wrote the post tragedy press release he had a job for life. It's as simple as that. I complimented it at the time, it was incredibly well written, clearly a strength of his. But he's good at absolutely nothing else. -
Any plans for a question on this @Foxes_Trust??

Pretty similar to my post earlier, problem is anyone senior has been richly rewarded to the point of no return, they will do anything he says and question nothing. We have an entire department at this club (marketing), all of which in reasonably senior positions, made up of folk who have been here between 10 and 15 years, with zero previous experience in work/football, and zero previous experience in the job they undertake for us currently, qualifications or otherwise. These people would be unemployed for MONTHS if they dared to leave. Our DOF is a glorified PE teacher Our Comms Director scraped through a journalism degree For some reason us winning the league also meant everyone off the pitch was a miracle maker too....

I'm amazed they're not giving him a chance in the squad this season, absolute beast of a player, loves a goal too.

If insurance isn't in place still I can't see how they agree to play on Sunday? Especially reading that last paragraph.
-
Also if anyone was still questioning the KBet removal in the promo images... compare Hamza midrif to kaseys in my image above

Think it's the white that makes it worse you know, which wouldn't have to be shoehorned in if we had white stripes/piping... I think AI has slightly tidied the collar up here mind.

He'd already left for his ceiling price, highly unlikely a sell on clause would be added!
-
This might have to go on my profile
-
Well as long as they're not sending it over in weekly 50p installments that's a cracking bit of business!
-
Of course. But as I say, for me, and I imagine some other people, that would be “thanks I’ll be off then” time.
-
You just know there’s a statement prepared saying “contrary to a previously leaked fake image that was circulated on social media, we’re delighted to announce our sponsor for this season as…..” No way they actually own it.

Interestingly I think something like this will take balls from people internally.. rather than externally. Anthony ultimately will have had to make the decision for that to happen today. It’s easy to say from outside but that would be handing notice time in for me personally. It all comes back to the length of time people have been here, all morals are gone, senior people who know they aren’t qualified to work anywhere else certainly aren’t going to go out of their way to question their big boss! AH has gone from a journalism degree to being flown around in his bosses private planes in the space of 20 years (pleased to see you’ve changed your LinkedIn profile from that weird private jet photo buddy )

Maybe it just means his foot collided with a football and got a bit scared like he normally does? *sorry… 👀
-
I’d say that’s more our piss poor planning than his intentions personally.
-
I’d normally say “keepers less likely to get injured” but this is mads … however West Ham might have asked us to give him minutes given they’ve only got one friendly left.
-
Wouldn’t read too much into it again. Theres a like for like side on the bench. Might even be 45 mins each.

I think Ipswich spend the first half of the season on edge too. McKenna will get linked to every early prem sacking.
