  1. Justified in the end then. Well done.
  2. Bet people are delighted to have conceded in the end. Gutting to draw in the end, but you'd be lying if you said you'd not have took a point before the game. I really don't see how people have not been annoyed with how we've played for years yet are ultra doom and gloom now.
  3. Nail on head. Unfortunately he's destined to fail here.
  4. Whats hurting my head is people are pissing and moaning whilst allowing whats been and gone for previous years; Would you rather attacking players - but wasted in a negative, pointless style constantly shooting themselves in the foot with stupid mistakes. Or What seems a negative set up, selections - but will keep it tight, counter attack and come on strong. Much of a muchness, but it seems one is more accepted and tolerated. Either way I'd hate to be a player with any attacking flair with the way the game is nowadays.
  5. Hang on. We weren't allowed to talk hypotheticals last season. Thing is, they didn't (hammer us). I can equally say, we could have beat Spurs and drew with Villa. We didn't.
  6. Maybe. But we all expected hammerings from the Spurs and Villa games. Kept them tight, got a draw, could have got more out of both games. I'm not condoning 3 DM's, on the face of set up and selection it does seem negative, however, I don't see how we play any more negative than how we did for the last few years (Barr last year). Infact i've been bouyed, found it more exciting and entertaining than much of the previous years I speak of. All I will say is, Ndidi's a passenger.
  7. Businesses slow to update their websites. With a digital world almost being forced upon on us. Play the game. Can't have it both ways.
  8. International break over. Only a month until the next international break! Can’t wait! Said no one. Ever.
  9. Neither profitable or sustainable on the Premier League's part.
  10. Time to revel and embrace the hatred for us. Bring it on!
  11. Emergency pod needed? Get friends of the show and insight from Maguire, Borson and special guest De Marco.
  12. The irony of the Premier League and EFL alike mentioning "upholding integrity" and the importance of "enforcing rules consistently to maintain the principle of fairness" in their statements is incredible and quite simply, laughable.
  13. How can the Premier League come out and say they are surprised and disappointed? Do they actually want to find us guilty? They'll try and pin us down (And other "lesser" clubs) whilst turning a blind eye to others.
  14. Some of the saves he's made this season have been top drawer however and kept games tight which is going to be very important for us.
  15. Careful, you'll be accused of being parody.
  16. Yep, just as boring, yep. I guess there is some form of and slight more competition with element of surprise below that top spot in the EPL, and then below that it's a bang average league of which some like to call the best league in the world (it's not - someone's then gonna ask which league is, to clarify, what I mean is, it's certainly no better than any other league is what I mean by that), but this is the SPL thread.
  17. Admittedly I don't watch any SPL barr the odd Old Firm, willing and hoping Rangers do something, but SPL isn't even a 2 team league anymore.
  18. RIP. What an awful few weeks.
  19. Said it last season and I stand by it, Championship officiating is better. And you can accept it - you have to accept it, no VAR, you move on and get on with it. That said, was VAR in operation today? (I'm being facetious) Nothing got looked at, i'd have expected some of the things looked at, offside weren't even allowed to play out as phase and called instantly. Regardless of his decision making, he constantly got in the way, wouldn't let the game flow.
  20. Any updates on this? I got to the ground late so didn't see anything. I was giving the benefit of the doubt with the lack of it all at the Tottenham game being a Monday night but there is no excuse if it was still lacking today at a 3pm Saturday KO.
  21. We're fighting, it's something I can get behind. I'm quite alright with being the underdog and having to fight, infact i'd rather it be that way. We're gonna be up against it, we always were going to be, whether it was so called "pretty" possession based or abit more industrial. We're talking hypothetically but I reckon we'd have been worse off under Enzo than we currently are, I don't think we'd have got the draw against Tottenham and I think we'd have shipped alot more goal through trying to "play out".
