Louie Barry on loan or Franculino DjΓΊ from Midjtylland if we want to push the boat out. Just anyone with a bit of pace, movement and football ability.
-
It must get very old very quickly. Wembley two or three times a season as well as multiple European trips. As massive a day out as this is for Forest, it must be close to a bit of a chore for Manchester City.
-
I don't hate it. Swap Daka for someone who doesn't have the touch of Russell Brand backstage and we're good to go.
-
If the opposition score first, Forest are actually shit. Whichever European competition they're in next season, they're going to get utterly beasted at least once.
-
0-1. They can score and we can't.

Gone but not forgotten and certainly not the death list

(A) in a manger. -
Yep. Guaranteed European football every year, the chance to be a big fish in a small pond, the likelihood that his style of football would pay dividends against inferior sides most weeks and, after a couple of years of plaudits for possession football and potentially a bit of silverware, adulation from a huge club's fanbase and the chance of a Premier League club thinking he's a quality manager and taking a punt. Less of a gamble than us where, even if he does get us promoted at the first attempt, he's likely to struggle again.

Let's not forget this. It's what he would have wanted. -

It largely depends on finances from there. Even if we bin off RVN with a severance package and pay compo to Sheffield Wednesday in the same window, we'll be selling a player or two and getting big wages (not least Vardy's Β£140k a week) off the books as well. Make some smart purchases and it might not be a financial shitshow. -

Potentially, but could lead to some nervousness. I wouldn't be shocked to see Blackburn do the business at Sheffield United either given the latter's form. -

I've said before and will say again that this needn't be an impediment to getting him out ASAP. Stick him on gardening leave and get a pre-contract agreement in place with his replacement. RVN out and the new guy in on July 1st. -

I can see Millwall doing it. Similar vibes to us against Blackburn on the final day last season. -
I'd back Wealdstone to drop after what I saw of them on Good Friday. Game over as a contest after 20 minutes and they looked absolutely wretched. Completely and utterly toothless all game and never really looked like scoring. They couldn't have complained if Boston had won 4-0.

Superb shithousery from Barrow after Carlisle's relegation to the National League.
-
Yep. We wouldn't be moaning if they'd started in League Two and just been promoted to the Premier League after we'd stayed up. We'd be applauding the achievement.

Jamie Vardy scoring against us on his Wrexham debut in front of the Sky cameras on the first Friday in August. -
Funniest timeline is that Forest lose the cup final and blow UCL qualification on the final day. Schlupp and KDH scoring the winners respectively.
-
Man City are hitting form at exactly the right time and know how to win big one-off games. Plus Forest's record against the rest of the top six is a bit cack. It'll be Man City.
-
Also confirmed that Truro City are promoted from the NLS and Carlisle United relegated from League Two, setting up what will surely be the longest away day in football.
-
Boston United are officially safe ahead of the last day with a 2-1 win over Gateshead. It could be a humdinger of a final day at the bottom, mind. Only two teams definitely down so far with two of the four remaining places to be decided.

Just not Dyche. Look how Everton have done with the same players since sacking him. He's crap.
