  1. Ndidi couldn’t be arsed to follow Ait Nouri even though he was clearly his man. So Ricardo had to leave Cunha to try and catch Ait Nouri, leaving Cunha to tap in. Looks like Wilf has already mentally left the building.
  2. I fully expect a twin wing assault on Wolves from the ‘blue arrows™️’ of Reid and Ayew. It’s gonna be a bloodbath. 7-0 Leicester. 2 for Vardy. Perfect hat-trick for sub Daka and a goal each for the blue arrows™️
  3. Gutted that the goat is leaving BUT for once you can’t knock the succession planning of the club with upcoming speedy youngsters Bobby Reid and Jordan Ayew ready to step up and back up the proven world class striker Patson Daka. 👍🏻
  4. Clearly then Mavs and K-Mac won’t be playing Saturday. It’s a perfect opportunity for RVN to deploy his preferred wide men - the marauding, rapid and incisive wing attack of BDCR and Jordan Ayew AKA ‘The Blue Arrows™️’
  5. It’s absolutely not irrelevant that a new manager has gone in and tuned Everton’s form absolutely on its head over an extended period of this season. That’s not to say Moyes is an expansive modern coach but his Everton team play with far more guile and intent than Dyche’s Everton. We don’t need a manager to stave off relegation now, we need a manager that will suit the style of play of the majority of the players we will still have in our first team and those coming from our development team next season. Dyche’s physical, direct defensive football is definitely not a good match so it won’t get the results he had with the squad he’d built at Burnley.
  6. Im not sure why the club would be so scared of a PSR fail when considered versus sacking RVN. Keeping him in his position will cost the club more points than any realistic point deduction.
  7. Not saying he’s ready for a job like Leicester but Carsley did an excellent job with England. Those of you desperate for Dyche need to go and speak to the majority of Everton fans who were so happy when he left. Moyes has come in with the same squad, played a more positive line up and has completely turned the club around.
  8. The reason we had these players - Ayew, BDCR, Skipp, Edouard was down to Cooper. He’s the manager that created a team that would need a miracle to stay up. The terrible performance of the team during his time, the decline in results that was already occurring during his tenure and his neglect of creative players like Fatawu, Mavididi and Ricardo show him up as a catastrophic appointment after Enzo. He wouldn’t’ve kept his created team up, the fact that RVN was even worse is irrelevant.
  9. No it was officially recorded as 10.18. There have been quicker goals, but not at Goodison.
  10. RVN will be here until the end of the season, then he’ll be gone IMO. It’s probably worth Winsky booking an early holiday because he’s not getting out of the bomb squad whilst RVN is here. Same can be said for Coulibaly and Vesty (and his dog.)
  11. Conceding the fastest ever goal at soon to be demolished, 132 year old Goodison Park. 10.18 seconds.
  12. MacAteer gave Estupinan a real game last week at Brighton. His running and commitment rattled the full back and he also tracked back effectively. BDCR offers nothing going forward, no pace or physicality and it’s exactly the same defensively. The worst of some terrible signings this season. 2 more years too ffs.
  13. Cooper fanboys will always hang their hat on the first 12 games where we were abysmal and used a combination of sheer luck and a relatively gentle start of the season compared to others around us (e.g. Wolves.) Compared to Cooper, Martin wouldn’t have had BDCR or Jordan Ayew anywhere near this squad, he gives youth a chance AND his football is closer to the style that the majority of our squad are used to. If I ONLY had a choice between Cooper and Martin I’d have Martin.
  14. He won his battle against Salah. Again. Well done Thomas. Linked well with Mavididi too.
  15. I much prefer Martin to Cooper tbh
  16. Ruud’s inability to see the obvious and make a change when necessary, together with his inability to motivate or even get on with his players, alongside a reliance on nonsensical business speak when communicating with the press, fans (and presumably the players) would suggest that yes, you have indeed lost the plot.
  17. It’s not exactly done much for his confidence though . Subbed at half time. He went to the wrong club but I’m not sure anyone else was in for him.
  18. Yeh that’s true, Ruud’s flawed 5 at the back formation prevented wingers getting access to game time. It’s changed now though (far too late.)
  19. From a tackling perspective you get away with way more in The Championship. That’s the physicality I’m talking about. Not pace. BTW, we are way off the pace in the Premier League in part because our squad AND manager are both significantly weaker than the one that got promoted.
  20. Very harsh to be subbed off at half time. Strange loan to a club that struggles in possession and is in a Championship relegation fight. Getting hooked at half time again isn’t great for his development, he would’ve been better off here rotating a LW role with Stephy and gaining more experience in a less physical league.
  21. Mavididi has barely started and mainly been used off the bench when a game that we’ve set up to block has gone. Even an off form Mavididi offers way more attacking threat and an ability to stretch the opposition than Bobby Reid or Ayew.
  22. He’s the second person who has at some point been employed within Leicester’s youth department that I’ve heard from that seems very reluctant to give first team game time at Leicester to our young players. Obviously they’re the experts but maybe too much attention is given within youth coaching at LCFC to the risks that come with giving game time to the younger players within the 1st team set up rather than any benefits that might bring. As if the rawness they bring into a role can only have a negative impact. Sometimes, surely their unpredictability can be a real strength, particularly off the bench and particularly if its young players in a less risky attacking role?
  23. Simple answer is we played more players that can create opportunities. Before today our formation meant only ELK was a creator. Today we played 2 extra creative players in Mavididi and K-Mac. So we had 3 players on the pitch who could create opportunities, If we’d’ve gone with Monga at RW rather than K-Mac then it might’ve been even better.
  24. Like any fan you are entitled to protest whichever way you want and not attending is a legitimate way of doing that. You didn’t address my real issue with your OP. To suggest that those of us who do attend should be ‘ashamed’ of ourselves for turning up, as you did in your original post, was unfair and plainly a wrong comment to make to fellow Lcfc fans.
