Ref having a shocker.

He’s been arguably our best player this season alongside Winks and as such he deserves a contract offer for next season. It’s more a case of whether he’ll be happy with the terms the club will be able to afford in light of the new FFP regs. 🤷🏻♂️

Mads Faes Vestergaard JJ Ricky P Winks Fatawu Yunus KDH Mavididi Cannon
-
And it was a clickbait comedy fake 😂
-
Key player as in back up for Akgun until Ndidi is back
-
The one positive from yet another Leicester City deadline day absolute shit show is that this gives more opportunity for Akgun to cement a place in the team. He looks miles ahead of Praet with regards to urgency, to pressing off the ball and ability on the ball and he can score a goal or two.
-
Hes the most experienced at delivering regular no-look starfishes tbf.
-
Yeh I get what people are saying about Praet. He’s never fit, seemed to be blowing after 25 mins. He was anonymous yesterday (and generally) and seem to pull out of challenges, BUT (and it is a BIG but) he did once do that fab assist to the assist against Brentford in the FA Cup and as such he should be front of queue for any Statues - ahead even of Goat Vardy.
-
If Caicedo is worth £100m then KDH has to be worth more than £30m.
-
Worse thing is he stays down, slowing and stopping the game usually when we have the momentum. If he could sort that fragility out, also his trampoline first touch, his finishing (at times) and his strange chasing and closing down of a player that involves him letting the opponent with the ball get past and ahead of him, then that would be great!
-
Very half hearted in challenging and pressing the ball, Yunus came on and showed him how to do it. The swapping of Praet for Akgun swung the game back in our favour.
-
They aren’t tho? They are getting half a million for a player with 6 months of his contract left

He’d be mad to go to those teams now anyway. -

Or one of the other giants of the Premier league like Brentford and Fulham. Fed up of these massive clubs sniffing round our players. -
FA Cup 5th Round Draw - Bournemouth Away.
funkyrobot replied to whoareyaaa's topic in Leicester City Forum
What a rubbish draw. Bournemouth away ffs. Glen Johnson hang your head in shame - that was very poor ball picking mate. 😂 -
The fact KDH has performed well in the Premier League kind of ruins your theory a bit tbf.
-
Felt this lad deserved his own thread as he had a great debut. Already a full Jamaican international, he looked good on the ball and the ‘assist’ that Vardy sadly fluffed was a thing of beauty.

I thought Akgun was excellent today, really deserved his goal. He's got fabulous technique and he’s starting to get his head round the speed that the game is played here. I’d keep him in the team against Swansea.

Development/Youth Squads 2023/2024 Thread - U18/U21

Thought Raikhy and Cover made excellent debuts for us. That assist from Cover that Vardy fluffed needs to go straight on his you tube skills video (assuming he’s got one.) By the way you pronounce his surname Cover, rather than Cover. and while we are at it, it’s pronounced scone NOT scone. -
That’s simply not true. As I’ve already pointed out - Hes better than Skipp at Spurs who gets regular game time. Better than Longstaff at Newcastle, better than Vieira at Arsenal, better than McTominay at Man U arguably better than Jones at Liverpool.KDH is a confident individual who would back himself at these clubs. It might end up a Drinkwater situation but to say he’s nowhere near the big teams is wrong. If Leicester get promoted we’d expect to be back competing with the likes of Brentford, Fulham, Wolves and even Brighton.
-
Yeh I could see any of those three or even Spurs or Man Utd being interested. Is he better than SOME of the players getting a good amount of game time at these clubs? I’d say yes. Look at Skipp at Spurs, Jones at Liverpool, Longstaff at Newcastle, McTominay at Man U, Vieira at Arse. He’s a more influential footballer than all of these and they all get game time at their clubs. I’d say KDH has the confidence to think he could break into all of these team’s starting 11. Whether he actually could is a different matter.
-
I’m not denying KDH would give them a boost but he should be aiming for a bigger club than Brighton if he leaves us. They aren’t really going to finish higher than 7th this season even if he signed for them.
