Any team can look on top of you if you simply give the ball in the middle of the pitch time and time again. Our players seemed like they didn’t know what the plan was constantly. Get the video out Enzo and review this because we handed that game to them.

Players made so many brain dead decisions throughout the second half! We gave the ball away so cheaply it was embarrassing.

He looked like he’d finished a 100 min game before and straight into this one. Looked so gassed and ball control was shocking. He’s heat ain’t in it, bring Cannon on instead.

Players think they’re too good. Casually giving the ball away time and time again! Pathetic game management.

Very naive performance by Ipswich. Leeds didn’t do much and they scored 4 goals! Ipswich should have played it smart but approached the game like any other and got spanked. The game against us will be completely different because we’ll try and keep the ball much more than what Leeds want to do. (When Ipswich went 2 down they had something like 57% possession I think). I have confidence our quality will shine through tho!!

The ball only bounced up like this because of the players really bad touch and then Don’t try and shield a ball using your knee lad. Fatawu needs to be smarter if he’s with us in the prem however because although common sense says he went for the ball and in control of his body VAR will show this exact clip to the ref and get him a red.

He pulled off a couple of other neat little flicks too but there were a couple where he should have tried to turn and get a shot off. I can see he’s still developing in this new role and he’s doing well.

We gotta stop pissing about around our own box when we get a comfortable lead. Piss about up their end and try and score another goal. It’s frustrating how casual we get when we could put the game well and truly to bed. Good solid win and Fantastic resilience at the end but I we should make it a lot lot easier on ourselves.

We’ve absolutely wasted several golden opportunities in that half tho. Riccy P looks off the pace again and has done his last few games.

Ipswich goal came from Barnes being an absolute idiot and losing possession

Norwich were really poor the first 20 mins looking clueless in possession and giving some silly balls away. Seem to have settled since Ipswich scored tho.

I never seen this match but this is crazy from Villa. Gotta be up there as one as the worst performances by Man C.

Shows how much Hamza has come on this season! For it to even be a question of he starts ahead of Riccy P is insane and shows how much he has impressed this season. For me Hamza starts again and I like the idea of JJ getting a rest.

Our striker problem is Nacho is no threat in behind and is no where near the play when our 8’s break forward. Vardy’s receiving the ball game is really poor and I find he’s also struggling to keep up with our wingers/overlapping 8’s and not there to make those trademark near post runs of his. Both aren’t really suited to Enzo’s system but Nacho just edges it. I’m hoping Cannon has been bought because he has been identified as a striker who will succeed in this system.

We’re a good footballing side but other than our back three we’re weak so I doubt we can play man for man. The lads need to be more switched on and stop making silly mistakes. It looks like they think they can just turn up and win! Wake the fvck up! I can’t believe how sloppy we were tonight.

I hope Cannon is a good striker, Vards and Nacho ain’t cutting it at the moment. Need to guy who is consistently playing well up front.

This is the problem, we are better than most teams in the division and the onus is on us to create chances against deep blocks and men behind the ball but when in the final third you haven’t got that top quality you’re gonna struggle to create good chances and it’s quite easy for teams to defend against us.
