The same people who moan that the same clubs always win everything are the ones who are happy for us to wave a white flag. Our ground has a feel of being full of people like this as well, it's why it's so tame despite the piss being taken out of them basically weekly.

I've no idea on his track record and I'm not saying I necessarily do or don't believe him but I just know it's not always that clear cut. I think there are plenty of things that are set to go that never entirely materialise. What I do know for sure is we're the only club in the 92 without a manager despite being relegated around 10 weeks ago - it's unacceptable. But what else would you expect from people who failed before, and face no ramifications for failing.

I had these thoughts when Shakespeare got the job but he was sadly a bit out of his depth. It's a bit soon. I'd be happy for him to stay on coaching though.

Still playing it. I've managed in quite a few countries on it so started doing this thing which is essentially pick a random team. Make a list of all the countries (in Europe for now) that I've not managed in. Spin the wheel to see where I get, then do the same with the club (although exclude the top division). This has taken me to Sweden, Croatia, Czech Republic, Austria and now Israel. Currently managing a team called Hapoel Acre. 5th year there and I'm looking good to win the league this season.

When I see other clubs fans having a go at us this is the point they always miss. It's to stop things spiralling before it gets worse. You only have to look at our direction of travel in the last 5 years. Hope you get sorted. Absolutely disgraceful what's happening to you.

I knew we were stuffed under this ownership the day Rudkin & Whelan themselves were the ones 'reviewing' 2022/23. Only one way you can go when that's being allowed to take place.

If it doesn't come off I can't really blame secretpro, these things do change. It's crazy how normalised everything moving at a glacial pace is here though. The only club in the 92 managerless.

Think he's got to be the luckiest player to ever play the sport. He's at best a Championship struggler level goalkeeper who has not only bagged 8 years (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) of Premier League level contract out of us, but as soon as that's come to an end, the only plausible scenario that lands him back on a decent deal, aka his hometown club are subject to a mad takeover and have three straight promotions to the Championship, actually plays out. It's a complete one in a million. He probably pinches himself every day.

I can't have Soumare in our side. He's everything wrong with this team in recent years. Flaky, lazy, inconsistent. We need him gone. He actually carries a bit of value as well, he fools enough of our fans somehow so I'm sure some French side will fall for it.

I think this is mostly fair but think it falls down on the fact they've failed to manage the risks and that we've not really been in a position to turn our noses up at money for somebody who'll not play a minute. We already had Hermansen, Stolarczyk and god forbid, Ward. We didn't need to keep him as well. It's another error.

I am quite torn on Brownhill. I don't want another stupid contract but when you look at the frankly pitiful number of goals our midfielders score and how big KDH was in 2023/24 for this reason it's hard to turn your nose up. The worry is we lumber ourselves with another player on a PL level contract who isn't PL standard.
