Online Book Of Condolence Is Now Live On LCFC.com
theadmans replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
Thanks posted a message. BTW where do you go to read all the messages? -
I was thinking last night - I wonder if when Vardy announced his England retirement he knew there was something wrong with his fitness? Might explain the form dip this season.

Madders going out with your wife? Bit out of order surely?
-
I submitted a ticket to SportsDonkey to ask for payment via Paypal as visa card payment seems to not be working. Where do you go on SportDonkey for replies to tickets? Or do they just email you with the answer?

Rather have Schmeichel on now.

I'm listening on Talksport 2 actually as now live down near London. I am streaming it through a DIY Raspberry Pi based music streamer via my Creek based Hi-Fi - sounds great. Almost as good as my old man's Hitachi 5500 FM tuner with roof aerial back at Shanklin Drive (Knighton) back when I was a kid.

I am thoroughly enjoying this stone age radio thing... ....haven't done this for years..... No dodgy moments from Amartey, no Chilwell attacks that fizzle out.... I just shut my eyes and imagine Leicester playing like Brazil... ....yesssss Nachoman !!!!!!! Bring back Neville Foulger I say.

Leicester v Fleetwood, EFL 2nd Round - 28/08/2018 at 19:45

Sky seem to be showing Wimbledon vs West Ham on Tuesday ? What are the chances of a stream for this game from elsewhere. Will seem like going back to the stone age to listen to this on radio. -
Whereas the last couple of seasons teams have put 3 players to mark Mahrez out of the game... ....we now have a stealth creative midfielder in Maddison. Hope other teams don't catch on too soon. With Maddison and Ricardo I am hopeful for this season.

After having my Saturday afternoon ruined thanks to clowns in LCFC TV IT department - my stream for this game has been flawless. Logged in 10 minutes before the game successfully - I then didn't dare touch anything for the whole half. No dropouts and good quality throughout. Surreal hearing the Austrian Church bells whilst the lads were playing. I suspect this sudden improvement in LCFC TV may have more to do with it being a 5pm weekday kick off though. I work from home and have two computers - a work laptop and my own PC - so no problem. Maybe somewhat different on Saturday against Udinese though.

Does anyone know if this upgrade of membership (costing £60) is just an anomaly of their technical problems. I am giving up on the Notts County game but I would like to watch the next two games for free as advertised. I have an account that I setup last year and it worked. I did see some message about having to re-register but it wasn't that clear. I am using my user details from last year and it is asking me to upgrade. Should I have created a new account before starting to watch? This is a fiasco and has ruined my Saturday. Surely it would have been easier for them to make the changes to people accounts behind the scenes (rather than getting thousands of people to re-register). I'm certainly not paying £60 to see friendlies.

Surprised to see James Stunt is now the Tunisian manager.

I live in leafy Hertfordshire - everyone here by Law supports Spurs or Arsenal. ...but I grew up in Leicester and used to enjoy going to Filbert Street in the 70s and 80s. Gary Lineker lived round the corner from me growing up in Leicester. When my son was born in 2003 in Hertfordshire all his pals supported Spurs or Arsenal. I had a hard job keeping him on track as a Leicester supporter. I used to work with an idiot Salesman who would sell his own Grandmother. He was an Arsenal supporter and I grew to hate them. I had a chat with a Spurs fan in early 2015 - I said our owners saw us as a top 6 side. He was so dismissive of this idea that I never spoke to him again. When we won the Premier League all my son's pals wanted to be his friend. ...but I actually grew to hate Spurs even more than Arsenal. I saw that Spurs fan again recently - he crossed the road to try to avoid me.

I'd be genuinely interested in seeing any photos of how empty the stands were for the family parade at the end - anyone ?
-
Got to feel happy for the Burnley fans. With their wages bill and transfer kitty - I am impressed with the results they are grinding out. Not as impressive as our Premier League win but still fair play to them they are performing miracles. Pleased for Chris Wood too - remember meeting him and his parents after one our games - nice guy.
-
Apart from Morgan and Simpson - Silva was shocking too.
-
Look at the bright side.... ....anymore performances like this from Mahrez and he'll be going nowhere in the summer.
-
We always seem to struggle against Bournemouth. Thought Silva was poor today - offered very little. Surely he has enough time now to get over his extended holiday. Albrighton I can have sympathy with for the penalty - he is not a right back. Cannot have any sympathy with Albrighton's succession of useless corners though. Amartey going off was a disaster (not helped by Claude's curious decision to not even have Simpson on the bench).
-
Tell you what if they hang on - I'm going to buy a ton of Mr.Tom bars
-
Hoddle full of shit as usual... "Don't think any of the Spurs player have had to cope with long throws for many years."
-
Let's all laugh at Spurs ! Today just keeps getting better and better

Leicester vs Fleetwood (FA Cup replay) match thread
theadmans replied to MC Prussian's topic in Leicester City Forum
BT commentator just said Fleetwood Macker - but no one seemed to notice. -
Anyone else think that Mahrez has now put a little perm into his ridiculous new hairstyle.... ...and it now looks for all the world like a Judges Wig !
-
Gary Neville's gone very quiet all of a sudden.
