The figures quoted would suggest that Chelsea haven't made any profit, so no money for us.

I moved seats and have been sent a new card.

Don't suppose if we'll ever know if we were truly interested in appointing Martin as most Media outlets reported. However, if we were and the club backed off following fan reaction then perhaps they did well to listen. We might've not had the previous two disastrous managers had they paid attention.

Reading some of the comments from Lyon fans it sounds like this is an owner they really dont want. Worst than what they already have? -
What happened to Coulibaly? Injured or not good enough?
-
Could be wrong but at this moment it feels like we have a proper manager now.

Didn't he come back late from International duty? Probably a couple of weeks behind in pre-season.

Close the transfer window NOW!!!

I'm no fan of Vestergaard but he was one of the better players during the last Championship season. Might be again.

Damn, just wondering why no one else is here.

Hopefully not but getting flashbacks of season ending injuries to players in these type of friendlies.

Are they a physical side? No injuries required.

Just short of a full back and they're ready to go. Don't be fooled. -

Their Championship season is due to kick off on 10 August, but the club has a first-team squad of only 14 players, with more set to depart. -

Not likely to see Souttar until next year if at all this season. Nelson has been unfortunate with injuries so can only hope that he's not brittle. Faes has made it clear that he wants to leave. We might need one of those journeyman centre backs on a 1 year contract as backup.

How excited are you for the new season?

This is also where I'm at. Ive renewed my ST but not bothered about going. LCFC has dominated my life but it's depressing what's happened not only to the City but football in general. I can't be arsed with it anymore but not yet found something to fill the gap. How can you after investing so much in to it over virtually your whole life? Such a weird and sad emotion. Feeling lost. -
From a quick Google search (so must be true)... In many jurisdictions, a judge does not disclose a defendant's previous good character before a verdict. This is because such information is generally considered irrelevant to the question of guilt or innocence and could potentially prejudice the jury. The focus during the trial is on the evidence presented in the current case, not on the defendant's past conduct. Here's a more detailed explanation: Focus on the present case: In most legal systems, the primary goal during a trial is to assess the evidence related to the specific charges against the defendant. Previous convictions or other character evidence are typically not introduced until after a verdict has been reached. Prejudice: Introducing evidence of a defendant's good character, or lack thereof, before a verdict is reached is seen as a risk of unfairly influencing the jury. If jurors know about a defendant's past, they may be more likely to convict them based on that past rather than on the evidence presented in the current case, according to the International Debate Education Association. Sentencing: Evidence of good character or previous convictions is generally considered during the sentencing phase, after a guilty verdict. This allows the judge to make a more informed decision about the appropriate punishment.

Pretty ugly, as usual.
