  1. Mateta's knee looks over that green line.
  2. Stitched up by PSR Premier League rubbish. Our manager (and player) options were limited with a points deduction hanging over us. Cooper was about as good as we could've got. Sack him now and the compo will push into dangerous territory again.
  3. The line is not parallel to the 6 yard box. Is that possible?
  4. Half of our crowd would've been up Raw Dykes Road and missed that.
  5. Standard plan. Keep it tight for as long as possible and inject some creativity once we go behind.
  6. That's a lot of stats but can't see how many 0-9's they've been. Only one that I can think of (top flight anyway)
  7. Chelsea announced it on 2nd July. Might have signed before.
  8. Say what you like but the fact remains the club did not breach and therefore no rules have been broken regarding allowable losses else the club would now be facing a points deduction.
  9. Nothing mentioned about allowable losses. Two different things. My point is the Commision ruled the club did not breach therefore it is wrong to level that accusation. It's very clear.
  10. The word 'breach' has been used time and again, including by our own fans, to hit LCFC with a stick and explain it away by saying the club got off due to a technicality. It didn't. There was NO breach, NO technicality and the judgement of the Independent Commission makes it clear... On 30 August 2024 an independent Premier League (“PL”) Appeal Board allowed Leicester City FC’s (“LCFC”) appeal, finding that the Club did not breach Rule E.49 of the PL’ s Profit & Sustainability Rules (“PSRs”), and so there was no jurisdiction to pursue the complaint against the Club [60]. This needs to be book marked as the cheating accusations will be thrown at the club forever more much like the ignorant fools that still bring up the the 2002 administration.
  11. Must be close as the club wouldn't even fork out a small transfer fee for Sensei. That said, I can't accept the club really is so incompetent that it would actually breach.
  12. Very serious questions will be asked if the club do actually breach the rules. I can't believe they really are that incompetent.
  13. This conversation seems to be going around in circles. It could only be a breach if rules have been broken. The commission found that not to be the case. LCFC asked for the rules to be applied as written. What rule has been broken?
  14. Perhaps LCFC will ask for the award of costs in our case? De Marko and his team wouldn't have been cheap.
  15. Apparently been training with us all summer. Don't do it Matty
  16. Allowable losses did not apply. Could've been a billion under the Premier League rules and it still wouldn't have been a breach.
  17. It's only a breach if it's within the Governing bodies jurisdiction. It wasn't. No breach.
  18. He's not happy, is he Keeps claiming that LCFC have breached the rules. They haven't however he tries to frame it. If they had they would now be getting a points deduction. LCFC asked for the Premier League rules to be applied correctly. The commission agreed. No technicality, no flouting, no cheating. A victory for all clubs that dare to challenge the grubby 6.
  19. I had to go in for lung biopsy a couple of years ago and when the surgeon first saw me to explain the procedure I was already wearing a hospital gown. Back on the ward I got dressed in my City shirt and waited for him to talk me through the next steps. When he saw me he said that I was lucky that he hadn't seen that before, admitting that he was a Notts F fan. We both had a snigger.
  20. But we only got relegated because Everton's points deduction was applied the next season and not the one where it occurred. What a Premier League cock-up
  21. The delay has mostly been about timing, I would think, due to the pandemic and rising cost of materials and labour. The outlook appears to have improved but not sure if enough to get the project moving again.
  22. I never spoke to him about it (or anything else) but it was quoted on various sources not long after King Power purchased the stadium from Teachers Pension Fund.
  23. It was always Vichai's dream to build a new stadium but, I believe, on the current Freeman's Wharf site. Obviously would've been issues with a ground share during the build which still remain.
