I remember seeing a clip of Milner on some podcast a few months ago (the clip itself may have been older) where he said youngsters these days have it all, and get it so easy these days.
He yearned for the days where he would clean boots for seniors early in his career and it would teach him discipline and standards etc.
Youngsters these days have the flash cars, big houses, everything on a plate for them before they've had a chance to 'earn it', so they think they've made it before they actually have.
