That is what he did for fun with Lille and was the reason why we went for him. I’ve rolled my eyes when his been subbed on (he’s been terrible for us) but if his confidence and belief can pick up and he shows us more than just glimpses he’ll become a good asset. Yes but it would make sense not to amplify it, it seems strange why the club limit its youth coverage. At the moment it feels like we sometimes rely on a random South American twitter account who seems to disclose more information than the actual club.

I quite often thought maybe this was the clubs tactic. Keep prying eyes away, limit exposure regardless of the demand from fans who aren’t happy with the information we receive from the youth teams.
