  1. With 8 days left of the window we’re trying to sell Cannon and also getting Hamza out on loan. It’s clear we won’t bring anyone in until they’re out. Being dragged out by the looks of it for the fan base and RVN to be told that with limited time of the window left we didn’t have enough time to bring anyone who’d improve the starting 11 other than the loan of a fifth choice youth player of relegation rival. Free beer and donut incoming for the arsenal game to quell the fanbase.
  2. Allegedly good enough for West Ham and Monaco.
  3. This is where the club, if it had a coherent strategy, would have insisted on signing this guy over Skipp
  4. Think a lot of revisionism is going on in people’s head’s with Cooper, as they conveniently forget all those key players out and being left with the dross Cooper signed and NOT being able to bring his own players in. While I’m not totally happy with with RVN’s team selections, Cooper should never have been appointed, so let’s not talk like he should still be here. This is all on the board !!
  5. Another great episode. The emotion was palpable !
  6. Think this is what I’ll be doing going forwards no money spent apart from ticket . It’s a bit of a habit to go down at half time and have a natter over a pint.
  7. Potter a manager whom we’re led to believe was on the verge of taking over but wanted his own DOF. Changes West Ham are making are what we would be seeing now and yes that snivelling cretin protected himself but if Top had anything about him, he’d have jumped at this and overseen needed changes.
  8. Might be down to the human rights abuses of its evil regime. Much publicised but we’d be ok to sell our souls for these. No thanks.
  9. Southampton are restructuring and Everton’s new owners are too. Top this is exactly what you should be doing too.
  10. I did notice that. But where the fck have these leadership qualities been all this time?
  11. He stats are much better than Ayew, he is statistically one of best. He’s started from the bench mostly under RVN. Those games he’s started he’s played well and those games we looked our best under RVN (Man City & Villa) he started. He should be a starter ahead of Ayew.
  12. It makes no difference. Until the board and structure changes, there is no joined up thinking or strategy. Pep would struggle with these clowns.
  13. Most of our best signings don’t go under the radar usually as the selling club want as many other clubs to know to try force up price etc. The signings like Ayoze Perez that came under the radar were overpriced and poor signings. However it should be apparent to anyone after how many windows that turn out to be horrendous for us (when did we last have a good one) the signs are clearly there that we’ve yet again not planned this very well and given ourselves too much to do now in the remaining 14 days. We all hope JR will pull something out of his backside and give Ruud a fighting chance of surviving but rather than kidding ourselves (again) we all know it’s just his own head he’ll pull out.
  14. Although this is Nixon, i'd hope this is true and gets accepted.
  15. Same system that has always left Vardy isolated. And yes at 38 he isn’t the player that is scoring on the scraps he gets. A different formation would be a start five at the back to at least attempt to stop the goals. Thats on the manager. Having said that the players Cooper brought in / the club sanctioned were not good enough. Yet again. We’ve one or two shining lights but by en large we have an average team who shy away from a fight.
  16. And if we get relegated we’re likely under an embargo.
  17. The difference is we have active suitors for Cannon.
  18. When a player like Monga whose ability is clear to anyone, we as a club can’t simply leave them in the u21’s. If this is true, there just seems no way to compete whatsoever and that’s with a state of the art training ground.
  19. Since they rolled that line out they’ve made more stupid baffling decisions.
  20. Percy says we’re not expected to spend big and only expect to bring cheap full backs in. Club still upset we’re being punished for challenging big six, the club need to start taking ownership of the utter incompetence, only when they start admitting that will we have any chance of moving forward.
  21. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2025/01/09/leicester-face-points-deduction-possible-spending-breach/
  22. We’ll be relying on our youth for sure as our hands will be tied with an Embargo.
