  1. These have made it worse. It now highlights the culpability of the decision makers at the club. What we already knew but it’s clear Top doesn’t know what he’s doing and Rudkin (also incompetent) has cemented in Top’s mind he was in part at least responsible for our success around 2015. Of course it was what was the structure and team built by Pearson et al that led to the multiple titles after our relegation to league one. The fact we’re here still listening to this only backs up how much of a mess we’re in and will continue to be in, it’s a car crash of delusion. KP may get lucky and appoint good people at the director level and get it right. Get Lucky. I doubt it and the snails pace decision making we currently experience will happen again if the appointed DOF has to then report to JR to sign anything off. We will be the same structurally slow inflexible flabby mess we currently are. Success my arse, more decline.
  2. What was telling when asked about not going back up to the prem this season / next season, we will go up and laughs.
  3. We needed that profile back then too
  4. They’ve just said they were unable to. I know he’s probably softly telling the players off and will roll out the same shite excuses shortly. I’m praying he’s been sacked.
  5. Rudkin, Top, the lot need to go. They’re all culpable for the mess, all incompetent and part of the leadership group.
  6. 👋 You won’t be missed and neither will that curly haired monstrosity.
  7. Wouldn’t kick you out of bed. Is Wout gutted he can’t go cottaging down the Heath ?
  8. He grew into it definitely he’ll not have played with them or really trained. I’d imagine he’ll be starting for them.
  9. And yet we keep hearing promotion and playoffs. Thats clearly coming from Top, he’s a simpleton
  10. Got to go But knowing those incompetent divs will pick a new manager it almost seems pointless. I don’t see how this is getting better, the only way is kicking the can down the road and somehow spending some money during January. The club aren’t likely to do that and perhaps will struggle to sell the bad apples. I don’t enjoy it anymore. Some seemingly longingly remember Enzo who had the foresight to jump ship away from the mess, it was so tiresome to watch. And Top, he hasn’t got a clue clearly, seemingly directs us to continue to play possession based football and a lot of teams have evolved away from that with success. At present we watching a clueless manager, play a style that isn’t working with a squad of poorly recruited players. You need wholesale changes from Top to bottom we know KP are neither capable of any competent strategic thought or money to do this. Think I’ll extend my absence from the stadium passed the West Brom game.
  11. Which is why we’ll always be fcked for a long time unless wholesale changes are made at board with no yes men and a proper organisational structure that plans in advance. We should have a long list of players whether that’s buy, sell or loan that we’ve done our homework on. This signing was clearly not the case and it’s baffling how the ownership thought we could still be challenging for anything (let alone Europe as they professed) if this is the level of ill thought out signings in a position having just lost our most influential striker ever. In any normal situation that person would be immediately collecting their P45. It’s pathetic really. Like Stan said we need to replace wisely. So not filled with confidence. it’s either Antonio, which is worrying what terms the club will offer him and if he can even play at this level anymore, Evans gets a shot or a player which Jon’s favoured agency can scrape together.
  12. Got to feel for him. Good player there just can’t stay fit.
  13. No @Union FS will have a big impact The idea of a boycott is building traction, an older ex colleague sent me a link (he is usually late to know anything) so it would seem lots will at least know it exists and can then make their choice to support it. I’m not expecting thousands but I would be happy to do this again at some point, it feels like the only way to get them to take notice. It be interesting to see if the media do pick this up. They’ll take notice for sure.
  14. I’ll not be going either. And tickets won’t be resold.
  15. An experience planning consultant..
  16. And that’s the point the club lack morals.
  17. Guess who’s our European record goalscorer? And he still banging them in.
  18. The vapid trolls are back.
  19. It's not a surprise really, it's the standard slow pace with the outcome (usually shite) usually not corresponding with the time they take to finalise anything. The timing was clearly a reaction to quell the unrest, they're now probably only at brainstorming stage with their favoured agency. No doubt Top will be mesmerised by a good PowerPoint presentation and that'll be the person we appoint.
  20. Said this before but he shouldn’t be near this team. Not because his the worst player, it’s because his attitude is shite and we need a clear out at all costs those that bring this team down. I think @st albans fox did a good write up that explained the cumulative effects on motivation of the whole squad by one or two individuals and that this negativity outweighs anything they add to the squad. And this same goes for Faes, we need them out. I’d rather lose with Louie Page and a headless Chicken like Skipp trying than seeing the half hearted nonsense we’ve been served up lately.
  21. Oh look counter attack works
  22. People still don't get it, Pearson et al built the structure that brought us this success. Vichai provided the funding (some of it even dodgy back then, red flag) but at least had the nouse to realise his mistake in insisting NP be let go the first time and that the big name managers won't get us out the league. And once NP left and Rudders took stewardship it was slowly dismantled and all we're left with is the dodgy money and a nepo man child that is seemingly mesmerised by a good power point presentation when managers interview. Cifuentes, O'Neil and Wilder all interviewed, all completely different manager style, where is the strategy if you have chosen to interview all three ! I'd imagine top was happy with Marti's patter (he talks a good game) and was happy that Cifuentes was going to be rigid to Top's insistence of our possession based approach at all cost's, a boring approach that we can neither afford the profile of player required to play it (we already lack the profile) well and we now find ourselves staring down the barrel of another relegation by insisting on playing it. I can only remain pessimistic as to the future and direction of this club with people responsible for the strategy and of course this includes Cifuentes, who seemingly is not the strong minded pragmatic organiser who we clearly need to grab the bull by the horns taking a tough stance on changes that need to be made. More of the same is not an option, I've gone passed believing we will start to see performances pickup, that finances will sort themselves out and logical recruitment will happen for right player in a system that works.
  23. If only an interim fine go for him. But the club need to be acting now to get the new DOF as it should be this person making the decision on the manager and signing the players. But yet again the club who apparently have been planning this for a while will slowly dither on making a decision, no doubt getting it wrong eventually anyway. All while we need strong leadership and all while we sleep walk into possible relegation.
  24. Did he get low attendance at his documentary? Upset maybe I do love him but I think the love in from the fans has probably died out with the manager playing tactics meaning he is tripled up and the general malaise due to how utterly shite and boring we are. He's another player that will be sold for under his perceived value and go on and do well and no doubt excite more fans, away from the happy clapper KPFC simps. And who will our esteemed owner and Rudkin sanction to come in as his replacement with jack shite they're willing to now spend due to their own incompetence. Even the happiest most enthusiastic of player's probably wants out, Marti will sort this out and turn things around I am sure
