  1. Don’t fall for the bait of outraged posters who clearly have questionable judgment or are just trolls. Decent signings clearly but we’re desperate for ball playing defenders and another striker, it beggars belief that those wingers have to put up with BDR in the box. We know the club love handing their managers without the tools to undertake the job they were brought in for. Our only saving grace is the amount of time we have in the window left and the likely scenario we get rid of 3 from the swamp.
  2. This is exactly how it should be but the manager keeps referring to players that simply can't play in that position. BDR should be shipped out let alone starting for this team, way past it !
  3. Don’t get triggered by that. It’ll all be gone once liquidation happens which is actually the likely scenario
  4. It’s essential that Mavididi and Faes are gone. After today’s showing the mentality has to go once and for all.
  5. Our owner’s obsession with possession football and the subsequent recruitment of shite players that can’t play it and lack any fight has led us here. And them cnts are off it’s this horrendous approach is exactly what needs to be rooted out by any new owner, it’s horrendous and isn’t working. Huge amount of possession but with limited amount of big chances makes this all pointless. Unless we get another decent striker in and better CB’s then this will be a long season. Forget about automatic promotion if the club do not get another striker in. Please for the love of fck RM do not try and tell us Cullen and BDR are any answer up top.
  6. Alves is a left sided player with Watson. Burns and Harry on the right. Mavididi away from the club
  7. This definitely lends weight to mavididi being off, you'd bloody hope so. He should be behind Alves and Watson. Two new CB's and a striker!
  8. Ask @Ric Flair, i'd imagine he'll say no avoid.
  9. It will get done, so sorry to disappoint you and trigger you even further. The club needs the income but it will allow for two CB's to come in, the same pattern so far, let a player go bring players who want to be here in !
  10. I don’t disagree. Our issue is now I would say the level of analyst and scouts we have is probably inferior to the those that workee for the club during our successful years in the premier league. The reliance on agents has been eye opening for standard transfers, the scouting department must feel slightly ignored and demoralised. Seagrave does become slighly irrelevant if players are simply re-registering, jumping ship when money comes wafting from the biggest clubs. The best talent leaving and Seagrave can't perform miracles with those that stay. We got a good crop coming through but I think the short sighted nature and lack of holistic approach to the structure at the club has meant with squandered this generation of talent and now we're going to find it increasingly more difficult to find, attract and keep any youth players that show any signs of talent. Maybe Maccaron is slowing changing things in our approach but it's a blood bath for us at or present. And I can assure you that they'll be a few lads that'll end up at those local rivals as the families will see premier League pound signs.
  11. That’s where you have to have good analysts and scouts who find them. Seagrave is but the training ground. We do also need to offer a pathway to the first team by at the very least training with the first team.
  12. Type of signing we should be making, hopefully one that pays off. Thanks @bosnianfox1884 for the updates on this. It shows that Transfers can take time and some on here need patience.
  13. Why announce this. Just don’t post 🤣
  14. He had mostly been played out of position. Thankfully there is no way he ends up playing endless games as a right back. I’m sure he could do a job as a tenacious CDM in league. Some players were going to keep and where he lacks in real technical quality you’ll definitely get that fight and effort. We’ll need that this year.
  15. Yes, it says that in Derby’s official statement too.
  16. The reality will be soon that Seagrave will be a huge white elephant (if not already) built to get and trained the best youth across the Midlands. But now the likes of Forest, Derby and Coventry will be ahead, especially Forest. A world class facility filled with ok players. At the rate we're losing the better youngsters (deregister etc) we not likely to be producing any top youngsters that make it anywhere near the first team before they’re hoovered up and any financial reimbursements we get will be peanuts and not what Seagrave was built for. I’d imagine category one itself may even be at risk. Seagrave is great but if our philosophy wasn’t then to integrate them and get them a clear path what’s the point. A golden generation used to keep the wolves at the door and then what.
  17. That was me using your evidence as to why people should calm down and stop clutching at straws as to why this isn't going to happen. I'm enjoying my Sunday and will be happy once this is announced.
  18. I think people need to be patient and making up different scenarios that they know nothing about. Enjoy your sunday.
  19. Another asset that will be gone. Nelson effectively will be. Imagine Braybrooke is too good not to be playing at a higher level. And then nothing. Better players are deregistering and there is a lack of immediate path to the team. KP aren’t putting money in, precarious. Page should be playing lots of football next year with us. Hay ho life under KP.
  20. Great post, emphasises how little we all know what goes on in background of transfers and how complicated the issues can become with Non EU players. While many years ago, Krameric was equally as frustrating and I can remember Pearson needing to go to some kind of hearing so the player could obtain the authorisation. That dragged too so it’s worth remembering our last experiences before gettting arsey about the time it takes. Unless it’s too difficult to obtain id be shocked he wasn’t rocking up to Seagrave soon.
  21. I fully expect Mavididi and BDR to not be starters so I’ll not have an instant meltdown seeing the lineup. Positives, fantastic to get Alves, JJ and Braybrooke in the line up. Faes must be off thank Fck that. Expect more changes including a striker or two by the end of the window.
  22. This is already proven as fake. That Leicester account is an engagement farmer.
  23. Well that’s a bummer, with the lack of news it felt ominous this was coming. Good luck Ben !
  24. Widely spoken within cities and especially by the youth, usually the standard across Europe anyway. And @bosnianfox1884 (who allegedly lives in the same area) English is better than lots on this forum who speak it natively.
  25. It’s literally every transfer. Some need to touch grass from time to time.
