Quite right, all the play when they made their subs were direct balls through the huge gaps in the central midfield for their pacey forwards to run on to. Two sitting midfielders in Hamza and Winks with Ricky or Doyle coming on to play in left back would have resolved that danger. Frustrating, but not the end of the world in terms of the end goal for the season. Desperately need a couple of quality additions to either start games or bring on after 60 mins to turn our dominance into 3 points.

I wish, but no. Happened last year when I had Dias in a player pick the same day as the defenders were released. I didn’t claim it and logged in after 6 and it was still his gold. I also packed fire Trippier and also play him in midfield. I use evo carmona who after an earlier evo and pep’s legacy evo is 5* 5* so plays right back. It works really well.

Oh, and the graphic for showing you are playing two people either disappears or doesn’t reflect that you are going to be. It’s always an annoying surprise where there is 0/3 displayed to skip the opening sequence before a game. Also a filter to show tradable cards only would be brilliant, unless this already exists and I’ve missed how you can do this in the 10+ years of playing this game!

The general menu design and interface is terrible compared to past years. No real idea why, I just don't like it. Not very helpful I know! The objectives notification needs fixing too, its been broken pretty much since release. Pretty annoying you either have to back out of UT and back in to see what actual objectives you've completed or to get rid of the notifcation for any you've already claimed. Congrats on the new role, btw! You're having a impressive career so far, with Football Manager and now EA!

No sure if it has changed as such, but the new cards in the promo automatically have two chem points. There is a glitch in the web app where team chem points are not displaying correctly, if that is what you mean? It is fine on the game though.
