How did you choose the seat(s)? Do they share a seating plan with you, on screen? Or is it... "We've got these. Any good?" "Yeah, that'll do, ta".

Trying for an hour now... "We're sorry but due to the volume of calls we can't place you in the queue right now, please try later, goodbye". Five years ago when I relocated I went down to the ground and was shown different options and allowed to go into the stand to sit in the seat before deciding. Good service that. Shite now.

It was very odd. Tried again and got the same message, but noticed it said 'try again in 1 hour'. So I waited an hour, and hey presto it worked. And yes, it was simple from then on. No idea what that was all about. Cheers.

How do you gain access to the stadium? Does your subscription consist of a physical card, or is it on your phone? I've been to a few games at Den Dreef. One time, a few years ago, some fans I met lent me their mate's card (who couldn't attend that game) so I could stand with them. Do you still have a physical card?

Are there OHL season ticket holders on this thread? Do you have season ticket cards? And if so, do you pay extra for the privilege?

Anyone on here who had a mobile season ticket this season and can explain how it works? Is the 'whole' Season Ticket, (i.e. all the home games) permanently in your phone wallet and you select the specific game, open the ticket, and use at the turnstile? Or does each matchday ticket get sent to your wallet on a match-by-match basis and go 'live' on the day of the game. I've not been able to suss it reading the official bumf. Cheers.
