The army lose so many even on recruitment.Some when my lad joined left at the first opportunity saying “ I’m not enjoying it “ my lad said “ We are not meant to be at this stage” He loves it,but out of probably 60-80 starters about 30 remained at the end of training.Couldn’t hack the discipline,hard physical work,sleep deprivation. Then you have loads leaving when they can.

I can remember and I don’t know what brand,a crisp with different flavoured sachets.Turkey stuffing,Tomato sauce,Chicken.Loads more but I can’t remember.Mid 80’s Also Hedgehog flavoured crisps and someone did a pork scratching flavour.

My cousin worked on the Tango adverts.He dined on that for years.Although he did earn an absolute shed load in advert design.

After the midweek Norwich match this year I got the last train back to Ely and at least 10 of us got off,I was quite impressed. I used to work for a Bank in Cambridge and their were 4 of us,I was the only one not from Leicester ,but the only one that went to matches.

Definitely in the minority here,I really think it would be better if Luke Humphries won it for several reasons. As Anderson said the media love to bring someone up to kick them in the gutter.The lad has talent and his time will come.He isn’t going away.Just wouldn’t want that to happen.The media can’t help themselves . Luke Humphries has had a hell of a season and probably deserves it. it’s going to be a hell of a final,with both players deserving their place. im actually saying that as someone who won a world title at 13.Fact. i must have played a blinder as i could walk anywhere without people giving a toss.

I was near the UFS lads (I assume)near the back,and i didn’t think it was too bad.Definitely been to worse. Still a few not saying a thing. There was an older lady a few rows in front of me and the loudest she was,was in the minute’s silence.Until someone shouted “ shut the fcuk up” still can’t believe I got Moreti at £3.75 a pint in a boozer near the station.
