tom27111 Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 I'm almost in tears, this forum is absolute gold! Really annoying camera anglesby Jimmyx » Wed Dec 10, 2014 9:34 pm Now i can appreciate that the purpose of the television programme Rachel is involved with is to play a game with anagrams and arithmetic. So I suppose I can understand the important thing for the cameras to focus on would be the letters and the numbers. However, I would much rather focus on Rachel's legs to be honest. The start of this week it has been a pleasure to see Rachel in short skirts. However, what especially irks me is when during the numbers round the camera moves upward and zooms in when Rachel is writing on the board. The camera is low enough to see beneath the hem of her skirt when she is standing behind the desk, but when she is standing to the side of her desk and her legs would be visible to the viewer the camera has moved upwards so I can't see them To illustrate this point here are (very quick and not at all decent quality) screengrabs from this week comparing the view when the numbers are selected and when the solutions are posted. From Tuesday this week: From Wednesday this week: Now i naturally thought that perhaps this hadn't always been the case and nostalgically imagined that things might have been better in the olden days with Jeff, and initially i did find some evidence to support thisFrom 31 Oct 2011: and the legendary 7 Oct 2011: However, there are plenty of examples of this same problem in the old days, such as on 22 September 2009: Plus the odd occasion in recent times when we have been fortunate enough to glimpse Rachel's legs whilst she is doing sums as on the 23 October this year: So in conclusion i guess there is no conspiracy and its just random luck how much we get to see, although it has been extremely frustrating this week in particular. I think it would be much better if the numbers were in little cubby holes underneath the pad like the letters are -that way Rachel's legs wouldn't be hidden behind a desk at all!Rant over

shade Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Oh dear. That's pathetic, and to an embarrassing extent. Clearly the 20th Century Feminist movement eluded some people, left them trapped in an alter-world of boisterous nudge-winkery with Benny Hill penning the jokes and Peter Stringfellow manning the bubble bath. Seriously, f***ing grow up, all of you! oi, get your tits out sweetheart.
