Soar Fox Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Are people really surprised that with the numbers QPR bought yesterday? Already relegated, team full of mercenaries, on a Sunday over a bank holiday weekend. I know if it was the other way round I certainly wouldn't make an effort and waste my money going to Loftus Road. If anything the one's who were there yesterday deserve praise for going.

Thought they'd have brought a few more numbers and just took the piss for 90 mins, not bring barely any and all of them sit in silence and then leave.
CPW22 Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Best fans @ our place - Stoke Worst ground - Palace Nicest ground - Emirates Worst home fans - Spurs

If I was from London and were going to go on the piss for the bank holiday I certainly wouldn't entertain the thought of going to Leicester. Even if my team was playing there. Have they ever travelled that well anyway? Can't remember them bringing a great number of fans last season either.

They barely travel to home games let alone away games.

Dan Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Best fans at us; Stoke, Palace, Chelsea, Man Utd, Burnley. Worst fans at us; All the others were shit. QPR I genuinely didn't hear at any point during the game. I didn't even hear their fans cheer. Best fans at home to us; Palace, Swansea & West Brom. Swansea are very under-rated. Villa are good when they get going. Worst fans at home to us; Every big club was a disgrace, every last one of them, and even places like Newcastle, West Ham etc... were dire given their supposedly raucous fans. It kind of puts me off us becoming a top six club because we'll just have our home fans sterilised by the selfie stick brigade. I'm not claiming ours was great all season but even before April I thought we were in the top 6 for home fans.
Riyad_Suarez Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 West Ham at the BG and Liverpool at Anfield were utterly embarrassing.

Noticed quite a few of them stayed behind and watched our celebrations. Why the fvck would you want to do that.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Best fans at us- Chelsea Worst- Newcastle Turf Moor is the best ground
ScouseFox Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Yeah man. Clapping Joey Barton when he went over to them like he was some sort of hero. I swear quite a few of our fans were clapping him as he walked off too. Confusing.
Guest ttfn Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 I swear quite a few of our fans were clapping him as he walked off too. Confusing.I clapped him off. I thought he'd played well and we'd won 5-1 so I was feeling generous.Where's your Christmas spirit and scouse solidarity? You make me sick.

Gerard Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Donny fans did it last year which was even more mental. Enjoying the Leicester experience.
ScouseFox Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Donny fans did it last year which was even more mental. tbf id do everything possible to delay my return to doncaster if I was them to
Corky Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Did enjoy the Fvck off to the Championship chants aimed at Barton when he took corners.
gonnabeblueforever Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 Fair play to Joey Barton at least he went over to the QPR fans at the end, the only other player who bothered was Charlie Austin.
C-man Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 I was amazed they stayed for all of that. That must've been so hard to watch. The only explanation is that they were City fans that couldn't get a ticket in the home end.
Dan Posted 25 May 2015 Posted 25 May 2015 The only explanation is that they were City fans that couldn't get a ticket in the home end. That would make sense actually. Why didn't we give them a smaller away end like we did with Scunthorpe?
