ealingfox Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 Would anyone take the opposite of last season if offered it now? That is to say we start badly, then go on an unbelievable run which takes us top of the pile for 140 days, then crumble at the start of April, losing 7 of our last 9 and finishing 7th.
Clever Fox Posted 17 June 2015 Posted 17 June 2015 I hope we're safe by May as our run in looks tough.

That'd be slightly demoralizing

I would snap your hand off for any scenario that results in us finishing 7th, even if it means getting thrashed 10-0 for our last 10 games.
Rincewind Posted 18 June 2015 Posted 18 June 2015 Finish higher than I and even the bookies predict? Yes please.
NotTheMarketLeader Posted 18 June 2015 Posted 18 June 2015 Couldn't be bothered to read the whole thread, but none of it fazes me at this stage. We've shown we can give anyone a game, and more latterly that we can be better than half of the division. Bar a spell of deciding to play defensively mid season, having recruited a bunch of old codgers / scumbags who can't play (eg Simpson) we should do better than last season.
