GaelicFox Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 busy Christmas period looming and tough league games followed by a tough 3rd round tie away to Spurs With our best 11 playing we have a chance of beating anyone , so do we play our best team at Spurs and try and win the cup this season. Or do we rest key players at Spurs and aim for the now very realistic prospect of playing champions league football next season Maybe people think the squad is strong enough to aim for both ? What ever your thoughts , the key question is if you had to choose would it be a cup win or a top 4 league position ? Top 4 for me !
lestajigs Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 Hard one, but a FA cup win is in the history books, plus there is no guarantee we would qualify finishing 4th for the cl, FA cup for me,
filbertstreet Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 If Leicester don't win the champions league and euro 2016 I'll be disappointed
Kitchandro Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 I like how this recurring thread is a genuine question now that requires serious thought
Sir Shep Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 Both, do the double, then go on to win the euros with all of our English players!
Gerard Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 Top 4 all day long. It could potentially transform the club, any mug can win the FA Cup. Potential new signings look at your league position not that you won a domestic cup.
Storming Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 I expect spurs and City to field a changed team for the cup saving the best for the League and our 2nd 11 aint to shabby
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 I can't be the only one who every time a thread like this is created with which would you rather, a or b, but doesn't have a poll to go with it it drives me mad.
