The assumption would be that he isn't planning on going anywhere if he is buying a new house in the area. Fingers crossed anyway.

Just because someone is in the spotlight you don't own him or have any more rights than normal to tell people in the public domain what area he lives in. It's 'autograph hunter weirdo' territory.

Wtf you talking about. It's a public road (main road) in a town with allot of city fans, rumours spread (he's not in the middle of a field). His missus posts on Twitter if she catches the little bast@@rdfcolly kid that buzzing the gate she won't be nice, all this leads to what? We pretend nobody knows he lives there? Apart from the odd jealous forest fan that's under the age of 12 what's the problem being one of approx 5000 people knowing he lives in the mansion at the top of the road?
