Ozwin Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Kante is priceless in our side. Legit ends our CL ambitions if he goes. No brainer.
ALC Fox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Kante is priceless in our side. Legit ends our CL ambitions if he goes. No brainer. Absolutely this. If anyone is leaving it's not until the summer and if we finish in the CL places, or better yet achieved the dream of winning the title, could we not attract the type of player that would convince any potential wantaway players to stay?
steflcfc Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 With How quick Kante has settled into new surroundings/team is a real bonus We see players going for massive sums and needing 2 season to find their feet in tho league. Credit to Walsh etc for finding these gems (plus Vardy,Mahrez,Drinky) for in today's market pocket change! Instead of clubs sniffing round our players we should be looking at theirs (Spurs/Everton etc, as hopefully we will be able to offer Champions League football. And will show a signal of intent to others in the PL that we mean business
les-tah Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Arguably Kante is worth what a top 4 place equates to in £ cause he is one of the main reasons ...
TrentFox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Actually, good point there - what is a top three place worth in terms of CL football? Anyone have a bit of knowledge?

atomicfox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Kante is our makelele and it's no surprise other clubs have their eyes on him.

st albans fox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 A little bit of perspective needed. Ngolo is a great player but he isn't world class (yet). He needs to work on his first touch and he has a habit of over running the ball. He is just quick enough against most to rectify this. If he can spend time sorting this aspect of his game out then he potentially could be world class in his area of the pitch.
Legend fox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 There is so much shit this time of year in the papers. It's like Christmas in reverse .
Clever Fox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 We should put a £20,000,000 bid in for Kane just to upset the apple cart and send a message of intent, we know they would refuse it and if they did not it would be funny as hell and would get us the striker we need. Agreed but I'd prefer if it was Delli Alli. He'd fit right in with our new younger team which we are developing nicely. But it would certainly mess with their heads and totally upset their fans.
