foxes161 Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Hey lets just say we are plotting to sign Neymar, messi, Suarez Just because you say it doesn't mean it's possible to happen
Dynamogoon Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Do these journos really think little old Leicester will just sell their best players to their rivals? Utter shyte
Bamba's Babes Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 We're also close to signing Amartey, despite signing him two days ago!
smudger63 Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 They had a journo on talksport this morning, talking about this. He was on about how he feels sorry for us, because all the vultures are circling to take away our best players, and that we will probably sell a couple in the summer, saying if we could get 25 million for vardy, the money will help sustain the club for a few years! Most of these pundits and journos don`t have any idea about us, or the state of our club, they think we are still little old Leicester who need the money to keep us going, instead of which, quite apart from the shed load of money we get for being in the Premier league, and potentially Champions League money, we also have extremely rich owners who are happy to invest in the club, in order to drive us forward. The days of us being a selling club in order to keep the club afloat are well and truly behind us, for the moment at least, because of our fantastic owners. Obviously there will be top clubs coming in for some of our better players, and it is up to the powers that be down the City, to convince those players that they can achieve what they wish for with us. As far as Tottenham are concerned, are they any better than us at the moment, the table suggests not, and i believe our owners are every bit as ambitious as Tottenhams going forward, so why would they take a sideways step, from a club that they are happy and comfortable at already.
filbertway Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Genuinely wouldn't sell N'golo for anything under £40 million while he has any longer than 24 months on his contract. He's a priceless asset.
Footballwipe Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Genuinely wouldn't sell N'golo for anything under £40 million while he has any longer than 24 months on his contract. He's a priceless asset. Are you joking, £40m?? At this point Spurs or anyone would have to pay a world record fee for me to even be half happy about any transfer. We are in control of the situation now the money is rolling in. No-one can bully us into selling.
ithuriel Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Only player I can possibly see leaving is Mahrez but with him being a confidence player and the big BIG clubs wanting perfection from day one it would be a mistake but it is his choice to make. Just cant see Kante going anywhere, same with Vardy, Albrighton, Schmeichel and Drinkwater.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 N'golo will be a top 5 central midfielder within a few years no question along with Pogba, Kroos, Modric and Rakitic imo. Needs to pick the right club when he eventually leaves though and certainly not one in England.
Mike Oxlong Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 If we have real aspirations to persistently be a top four club then he really is priceless. Players like this don't grow on trees.
Benguin Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Didn't Juventus say they wouldn't take anything less than 80mill for Pogba? If we are all in agreement that Kante is currently up there with the best midfielders in the world right now Tottenham can fvck off until they offer £80 Million
Woof Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 I liked the comment on MOTD that if he added a few goals to his game he would be playing for Real Madrid next season
Fez of Mahrez Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Love this from Football365... SPURS WANT KANTE AND VARDY Sticking with Moxley, and his claim that Tottenham want to sign Jamie Vardy and N’Golo Kante from Leicester. Poor Leicester must wonder what they’ve done. Again, the story is that Spurs are ‘watching’ both players. Given that Leicester have played Tottenham three times in the last few weeks, they haven’t really had much choice. Moxley says that Kante would be of greater interest to Spurs than Vardy, using the fact that Leicester have four other central midfielders as evidence of a move: Danny Drinkwater, Matty James, Andy King and Gokhan Inler. Again, two things: 1) James hasn’t played a minute of Premier League football this season, and Inler reportedly wants out. 2) If four central midfielders is enough for Leicester to let him leave, why would Spurs want Kante? They have Dele Alli, Mousa Dembele, Tom Carroll, Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb and Eric Dier.
Clever Fox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Some of this gossip and talk is for no other reason than to try and upset our squad. Especially coming from Spurs who might just be the one to miss out on top four.
yorkie1999 Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Dirty spurs. Turn our players heads to give themselves more of a chance in the league. I feel like writing to the fa and complaining about the yid army chant.
ithuriel Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 We should put a £20,000,000 bid in for Kane just to upset the apple cart and send a message of intent, we know they would refuse it and if they did not it would be funny as hell and would get us the striker we need.
artursteppe Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 We should put a £20,000,000 bid in for Kane just to upset the apple cart and send a message of intent, we know they would refuse it and if they did not it would be funny as hell and would get us the striker we need. I was just thinking that we should find a way of annoying and upsetting the top clubs and their fans by spreading rumours that we are after their players.
Guest Cujek Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 I liked the comment on MOTD that if he added a few goals to his game he would be playing for Real Madrid next season i dont like anything that comes out of that smug twats mouth

dmayne7 Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 i dont like anything that comes out of that smug twats mouth Me neither. When he said it, I thought no for 3 reasons: 1. He is already more than good enough for Real Madrid. 2. They wouldn't match our asking price. 3. They're about to have a year long transfer ban Tim

I also listened to this on the radio this morning and couldn't believe what the idiot concerned was saying. Worse still were Micky Quinn and his female co-presenter just sitting there nodding their heads in agreement. Like you say, none of them have a clue how our Club is run and they all trot out the same rubbish more or less on a weekly basis about this sort of thing and how we are overachieving. The longer we stay up in the top two or three they will eventually have to change their opinions. Regarding players leaving, it will only happen if the players head is turned and they want to leave. If that is the case we should play hard ball and demand the maximum possible transfer fee.

We were considering a bid but he was poor for us on loan so we are looking elsewhere should do it....
Bluetintedspecs Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 Ha ha ha like the Kane idea , would love a wind up to make the press and send their mug fans on fightingcockheads into meltdown
doverfox Posted 24 January 2016 Posted 24 January 2016 kane isnt worth 20 million. if Tottenham make a bid it will be 2 minutes before the window closes, so you couldn't use the money to get a replacement like they tried with WBA. if we were to be looking to sell cant see them ever winning a bidding war with the really big teams.
