RowlattsFox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 We owe a lot to Nigel and his team. The scouting network and sports science side of things is down to his hardwork But that doesn't mean he should take credit for this season. That is all down to the players and ranieri.
Viva Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 More endless pages of tributes to the man we sacked! While it's true that we wouldn't be where we are now without the help of Pearson and his staff at the time, it's also true that we wouldn't be where we are now with Pearson.

old koppite Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 I'm grateful to him. Sure what he did for us looks very good on his CV. Good luck to him in his next job
Finn Claw II Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Claudio has completely tightened up the defence and switched to 442. I don't think even Pep would have won us the league. Sometimes things just fit, this is one of them.
Mark_w Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Claudio walks on water! He is simply the best manager we have ever had. There are very popular Claudio Ranieri and 'Best manager we've ever had' threads right now and you choose the Nigel Pearson thread to post that, absolutely stunning. Maybe worth winding your neck in and thanking whatever deity you believe in that Pearson wasn't sacked when you wanted him to be because we'd have no Walsh, no Mahrez, no Kante, no Claudio, not even Vardy if he'd gone then.
Dan Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 DanLCFC you should write philosophy or some shit. that's a new one. I'll take it though (I think)

LanguedocFox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 http://www.fourfourtwo.com/au/news/leicester-owner-reveals-vardy-signing-doubts#:Sf7GrIKmFpp5UA "So I asked both [Pearson and Walsh] if I have a transfer budget of only £1million for the next season, who would you buy? And they say 'Vardy'."
