theessexfox Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 No idea why this would be taken down, feel free to explain. Of course Ranieri is the best manager in our history, of course he deserves all of the praise. But this man deserves credit too. He got us back up from our lowest point. He turned us from shit to good. He re-structured the whole club. He kept us up last year. What a man. What a hero. What a legend.
Amin Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Yep, I'll always remember Pearson for building this team. I love Claudio and Nigel.
Bryn Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 From Milan Mandaric to Daniel Amartey, every person involved with this club since we went down to League One deserves praise. They've all contributed to our rise. They're all part of the success, warts and all.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 This should be, "Thank You Nigel Pearson's son," for getting rimmed by a Thai hooker which lead to us getting the greatest manager in the world.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Built the foundations. Love the guy. Not far behind Ranieri in my opinion in a ranked list. Thanks NP
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 From Milan Mandaric to Daniel Amartey, every person involved with this club since we went down to League One deserves praise. They've all contributed to our rise. They're all part of the success, warts and all. Not Paulo Sousa.
Bryn Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Even a Paulo Sousa. He meant well and he taught the owners that they couldn't throw all that Leicester have ever been out the window, they had to be sensible and let the club grow organically. Without trying his way, we would never have turned back to Nigel Pearson, Steve Walsh and Craig Shakespeare.
Charl91 Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Nigel Pearson will always be a legend at the club. If you can't give Nigel a lot of credit for building this side, then you....you are an Ostrich. (Obviously, Claudio still takes most of the plaudits though)
Sionnach gorm Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 love you nige, we would not be here without you But we are here without him!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 He will be remembered, he built foundations where there wasn't none before him...
FireFox Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Claudio could win us the Champions League, and people would still be crediting it to him. Unbelievable.
Dodgy Bob Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Yeah, nice one for getting us promoted but thanks even more for getting yourself sacked so we could get RANIERI woo ooh, Ranieri woooo oh, he came from Italy, and Leicester won the league, Ranieri woo oh, Ranieri
Jon the Hat Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 I think quitting us to **** off to Hull was the turning point.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Thank you Nigel Pearson for building this team, sowing our mentality but most importantly making us believe in our club again.
Fox 4 Life Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Cheers nige but this isn't about him. Sir Claudio took us to the next level, absolute gentleman and tactical genius
GaelicFox Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Great stuff Nigel !!! And Should always be loved for the foundations he built And he did build them
Sampson Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Club legend! No doubt about it! Ranieri is the greatest of them all but Nigel is a Leicester City legend, no question about it.
Jon the Hat Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 I'm sure big Nige is patting himself on the back well enough.
lestajigs Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Yes deserves alot of credit but, no way in a million years would we be we're we are now if he was in charge
Foxhateram Posted 2 May 2016 Posted 2 May 2016 Cheers Nige. Without the set up before Ranieri we wouldn't be where we are today. The philosophy you instilled at this club, the togetherness from the kit men through to the medical team and then the players and fans was and still is incredible. You get the assist for tonight's goal Nige. So we salute you. Claudio, you get the goal though son. Your beautiful target setting and management of these players belief in themselves has been incredible. We owe a lot to you to you wonderful Italian stallion! Let's raise a glass to Nige and Claudio.
