AKCJ Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Drinkwater 9th? I dunno if people have marked him down for being sent off but I thought he was brilliant and probably only behind Kante, Wes and Kasper.
Sampson Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Simpson 8th? His mistake put us down 1-0. He played really well other than that though.
ThaiFox Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Drinkwater 9th? I dunno if people have marked him down for being sent off but I thought he was brilliant and probably only behind Kante, Wes and Kasper. Agree. I gave him an 8. I thought he was great. The sending off was soft, as was his first booking, reminding me of Simpson at Arsenal. Wooney was constantly moaning at Oliver and I think that had something to do with it. The Huth/Fellaini incident, the foul on Mahrez for a penalty, and how Woonney wasn't sent off for far more serious offences was why I marked Oliver a 4.
Koke Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 United were very good in the first 20-25 mins. They started well. But second half was quite tame by them. Apart from Smalling header I can't think of any other chances they created. We were quite comfortable. The Man Utd performance at our place was better than what they served up on Sunday.
UPinCarolina Posted 6 May 2016 Posted 6 May 2016 A little surprised that it was Shinji's worst shift of the season. Looks like this group of ratings was a little depressed compared to previous matches. Must have been the buildup to the draw.
Dodgy Bob Posted 6 May 2016 Posted 6 May 2016 I think Shinji would get much better ratings if he was called a midfielder rather than a striker. If you look at the heat maps he does basically play in midfield. But people think he's playing as an out and out striker and should therefore score lots of goal otherwise he is not playing well. In reality he did his own job just as well as half the team, like he always does. I'm glad Ranieri rates him even if a lot of fans don't.
