LCFC Direct Delays

Recommended Posts

A few weeks ago when the new kit went on sale the club published an article saying we would be able to buy the new kit online on 4th of June.

However kits aren't in the store and memberships still aren't available for purchase either. The online store in general looks very bare (and the website is pretty poor quality, especially for a premier league club - many of the pages are totally blank). I'm assuming they are in the process of redesigning the foxes direct site.

Does anyone know when Kits, memberships and season review DVDs will be available?

nope. they ran out of shirts due to so many being bought. So they had to delay the online sale of them.

yeah last update was a few weeks ago.

not too bothered about the kit. it's not essential to have it right now or in the next few weeks (nothing personal to you). I'm happy to wait til August or even through the season to get one.

I'm more concerned about wanting to 'win' a ST from the ballot!

Haha yeah, I'm heading to France in a few weeks, got tickets to the final of the euros, and was hoping to take the new Leicester shirt. Just found LCFCHelp twitter mentioned its probably not going to be available till august, so no chance!

The home shirt is in stock in the shop now. Where abouts in the country are you?

London. Moved down here 7 years ago, no chance of getting back in time, too busy. I'll have to wait.

New kit available online in August when the club receives a massive stock order.

I only know this because I emailed LCFC Help, the fact they don't update the fans with this sort of information is very odd.

What size are you? For a small fee plus postage I might be able to pop to the store and get you one....

I'd be up for that, but I'll have to let you know the size after work this evening. I'm either small or medium but can't remember which I bought last season... And I may have had a couple too many pies recently.

think it came out that the kit was now looking like august to prioritse locals to get a new shirt.

membership info came out this time last year (i think 1 week ago it was a year) but i think they are sorting out the 304 season ticket issue first.

The shop was re-stocked at the weekend, I'd been waiting to get one for my son and Saturday morning the shelves were full again. I'm not sure if they've sold out again though

Does anybody know if the puma store on carnaby street still selling them, might be a better option for the OP if they are

Aren't the club missing a trick here? Don't the top clubs make a fortune out of merchandise? Surely they ought to be making it as easy as possible for people to get their hands on LCFC branded stuff worldwide. Strike while the iron is hot!

Seems remarkably amateurish considering the King Power hookup.

I went into club shop yesterday morning before 10.00am. I bought my home top in my size no problem, paid at the counter along with some other goodies, waited 5 minutes for the premier league champions logos. There was loads of shirts in blue and red, lots of merchandise to buy, not many people in the store either.
