Moving to the 4-4-1-1 system has worked wonders, especially having Fellaini and Kante holding the midfield together.

Only play Seasons and I'm playing with Leicester. Probably doesn't help all of our players are on down ratings.

Probably doesn't help all of our players are on down ratings. I did struggle with Leicester tbf. Only played two games and lost but I think that's all down to my formation. You should try UT. It is enjoyable when your on a good run but can be very frustrating most of the time. Opening packs is quite a lot of fun.

Gypsy Posted 23 January 2017 Posted 23 January 2017 I only play seasons but not much and only really started this year just before the patch and was doing roughly win 1 draw 1 lose 1... after the patch I went on a run of about 10 games winning the lot and only conceding 2 goals; however I was still in low leagues. Currently got to div 5 and on about 20-7-7 or so but the losses were pre patch except 1. Started playing a diamond with Hernandez and Amartey as CBs. Fuchs lb and simpson rb. Ndidi dm, drinky and mendy cm and mahrez am. Vardy and Slim upfront. All my mids hit about 30 to 40 passes a game as do the strikers. Strangely a lot of goals from dm. I reckon the patch has helped me as its taking everyone else longer to get used to. But maybe being late to the game just means the lower leagues are still all crap. Last year i got to div 2 but no higher 65-18-18

Fell in love with the IF marcelo so decided I wanted the toty one, sold veron to fund it which meant I had to swap dybala out at ST, so gone for vardy/hazard with the SIF Eriksen at CAM, working well so far.

And a huge part of it is also down to luck, depending on the odds issued/the algorithm used by EA Sports.

I've finished gold 3 or above since the 2nd or 3rd week so made quite a few coins off that. Only takes a couple of lucky packs from rewards or sbcs

I no it's a lottery like Ridiculously I like the mega packs. I keep getting told the player packs are the best but I have rubbish luck. That de bruyne from last week was probably my best player pull, had a couple of in forms go for around 100k each but no real high end players. So I prefer the mega packs for the consistency, the position changes, healing, fitness, coaches etc all add up in the end.
FUT1234 Posted 24 January 2017 Posted 24 January 2017 Ive just stumbled across this and made a quick account to reply, ive gone from 16 game unbeaten to not being able to win a game and haven't changed team or formation just gone really bad all of a sudden. Have they changed the defending because i cant stop conceeding goals.

It's ever since the patch people have had problems. For me it's helped me out a lot because I was struggling to score goals and break opponents defences.
