He's such a genuine bloke; invited me around to his house, made the coffee, chatted before we started about all kinds of subjects, family, life etc. Really down to earth guy.

Can't complain about Christian here. I do hope he fulfills his contract up until 2019 and remains a quintessential part of our back four, whilst simultaneously passing on his knowledge to Chilwell and whomever we'll be bringing in as another left-back (through the academy or from the outside).

I love this man. Easily my favourite player at the club. 

 

He's a genuinely nice man with a sense of humour - and he's interesting to listen to. He's not full of clichés like 99% of footballers. On top of that, he's a great player for us. 

 

I chuckled several times listening to that interview. Great man and great player.
