The 42nd Annual Business & Finance Irish Business Awards will take place on Thursday, December 15th at The Convention Centre Dublin. President of Ireland Michael D.Higgins to be honoured with the Inaugural TK Whitaker Award for Outstanding Contribution to Public Life, Sir Bob Geldof will receive the Outstanding Contribution to Ireland Award.In addition Susan Whelan, CEO, Leicester City Football Club will receive Global Irish Outstanding Achievement in Business Award. She is in some good company there....She has also been interviewed on one of the most popular Irish Radio morning shows this morning....Excellent interview with Sean O'Rourke of RTE I am not a techie so don't know how to attach link but this is website for the show which should allow you to find the interview...approx 20mins long...... http://www.rte.ie/radio1/today-with-sean-o-rourke/ For me it underpins how lucky we are to have the owners and management structure currently in situ and despite recent poor performances and results ...Onwards and Upwards
