Whats that little (or is it big ?..   hard to tell) ..   little beauty ? ...   squash ? ...   pumpkin ?    Either way you need to feel it to see if its ripe ...   I believe if its firm its good to go ..

It's a green squash, about the size of a football.

Haven't got a clue mate ...   we inherited them when we bought the house ..   the vine is massive and has to be roped to the roof of the greenhouse ...   we make bucket loads of grape juice from them and I have a glass every morning ...   it really is superb if I say so myself ...
