He didn't give in until now. The lad strikes me as very reasonable but I do fear Arsene Wenger coming the last day of the transfer window.

Your right, this talk is meaningless most of the time, but Neymar had a buy out clause that was activated. Our owners can take this stance, and stick to, it for any of our players that have no buy out clause in their contract. Obviously if a club came in with a ridiculous offer, or even met our valuation of a player, then the situation changes, but I can't see either of those scenarios happening.

It's about time the so called smaller clubs put their foot down and said no to these so called big clubs. Too much money in the game and too much power to the players.
