Farrington fox Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 Does anyone on here use the site. If so how the hell do you sign in?? 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t recognise my login details! Anyone else find the site impossible to get in?
Ellefox Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 I use it for tickets...no problems...but you might have to re register as they had a bit of a change round in the summer....should be linked to your season ticket if you have one
Wolfox Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 I had a problem with this too…. Used my ST number or client number to login and seemed to work oh - and I think you have to transfer your details across?
Wymsey Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 Have regularly, over the past few years, feel it has improved over time - but yet still been poorly-designed in some areas.
Fox92 Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 If it doesn't recognize your login details then you're entering them in wrong. Yes, I on websites, this sort of question annoys me.... It's a computer, it knows when you're wrong.
Farrington fox Posted 17 November 2017 Author Posted 17 November 2017 There is no facility for it to remember your login, I have to go through the rigmarole of entering email, pw and recapture images. Occasionally I get access at the 1st attempt, others like this morning, I give up after 5 or 6 attempts. Most websites I login to its a 1 click effort.
Monk Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 Have no problems with the new site, big improvement on the old one ?
Livid Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 Pain in the backside when they first changed over, seems to be fine now.
Farrington fox Posted 17 November 2017 Author Posted 17 November 2017 Reset everything, now seems to be working,
urban.spaceman Posted 17 November 2017 Posted 17 November 2017 It's still in Beta; a work in progress. It's still 1000 times better than the old website in terms of design, functionality and features, especially the video and radio service.
HighPeakFox Posted 18 November 2017 Posted 18 November 2017 For those that forget passwords generally, there is a site called LastPass that stores such information for you...
