I haven't seen anything on here about the children's party so apologies if it's already been mentioned, but if like me you didn't receive an email from the club this year, you might not know that the party is at the KP in the Keith Weller lounge this Thursday afternoon.

Just been online and booked tickets for my children, and there are 17 left. Glad I remembered about it earlier today, like I said I've had nothing from the club this year.

If you haven't been before it's usually pretty good, last year the highlight was the trophy being there, this year I'm praying Iborra will be one of the players who makes an appearance :) It will also give Adrien something to do with all his spare time.

I remember going to one when I was a kid and we were still in the championship. It was great.

Then got into some party games. We played pass the parcel with Alan Maybury and Elvis Hammond lol

Ended up winning a signed ball from the whole squad which I still have to this day!

Have you got a link to this and I'll snap some of those tickets up?

I never realised this existed.

Just hoping for those that are going receive better service at the bar etc compared to the rather poor frequent ones that occurs on matchdays.

Surprised in how many fellow fans complain about the lack of competent staff behind the bar regularly but yet are still employed 'to do the job'.

I remember going to something like this when I was about 16, there was a few of us there in our teens. A friend of my dad's had the tickets for some reason. We met Bobby Smith. My old drama teacher was doing the entertainment.

Pretty disappointed that none of the players made an appearance. And that 2 of the 'gifts' for the children were a clapper and programme from the Palace game, which we had already endured and really didn't need reminding of.

If the players only had time to make one visit then obviously the hospital was the right choice, it would have been great if a couple of them could have found half an hour for the children's party though.

That's hilarious, the players never attend this sort of thing anymore, nothing in it for them.
