To all those asking for a tifo. Great that you want them and appreciate them. It must be said that most full stand ones have cost  Union FS over a £1000. It would be fantastic if you could donate to [email protected] or pick up a scarf or some stickers from the match dall stall to help fund future work.

Bump and it should be bumped every page now lads

will send something accross tomorrow

Unfortunately the FA cup draw is rigged. This was mentioned on twitter a lot following that FA cup draw last night, funny how the 'big clubs' didn't meet each other in the quarters this time around and it was the same with last years draw. unless there is two huge upsets in man city losing to wigan and spurs losing to rochdale. You can expect another easy trip to the semi finals and wembley for the big teams. Happened in the carabao cup as well a few months back, in the quarter final draw yet again the big clubs didn't meet each other. Funnily enough Bristol beat man u which was not meant to happen in their eyes back in thailand where the draw is done. If you don't call that dodgy, a draw when it is done behind the scenes and only tweeted out, you need to open your eyes.

Speaking about being rigged they don't even bother to hide it here.

A couple of months back Xavi who plays/manages/mows the pitch/washes the strips for one of the local league teams here won 1m QAR (about 200K GBP) from a bank just for opening an account :o

You going to go after melrose for agreeing? Straight up 50% chance of the big 6 playing each other and they havent again. Can you be sure it isnt?

I say inbox as im not willing to pay money to every person on this site if i am wrong ?

Go after? Go after? Grow up. Come up with evidence that it's a fix - the burden of proof is not in your favour.

When someone actually comes up with evidence, I'll listen. Until that, it's just angry noise.

How very scientific.

Spotting unusual patterns is actually quite scientific.... Also, one of the main tools for detecting betting fraud is 'irregular betting patterns'. I don' think it' fixed,,but if the same happens next season, I may become suspicious!

When do these people suppose the fixing process starts though? 3rd round? 6th round?

True, who knows! My point is, if you persistently get all the top teams not drawn against each other in the quarter finals, at some point, with no physical evidence, it can still become very suspicious....if it happens next year, and the year after, you might even start saying 'Now, come on!' I guess some people have just reached that point more quickly.....

Angry noise? ? Im not angry mate ? you are acting a lot more hostile than i am. Maybe i used the wrong word. Maybe agree rather than admit (seeing as it was a question)

Since the 2014/15 season everton have played the big 6 at least 3 times, theres only been 2 times the big 6 have been drawn together, chelsea both times (before becoming impossible not to) weve had tottenham twice and united have had lower league opposition in every third round tie. Theres a certain point it becomes suspicious

Quite - people are so quick to jump to conclusions.

Fine. At which point you need evidence, and statistical anomalies are not enough alone to count as solid evidence.

Why must I agree? Why don't you agree that you're just calling 'fix' because you got a plausible draw you didn't like overall? No? No. And quite right, you're not obliged to agree. But if you insist on your theory publicly with no evidence, people (including me) will call you on it. Look around, I'm not the only one.

If you believe it's a fix, by the way, why the hell AREN'T you angry?

If my GCSE maths teacher would have told me he'd help me make a point on a football forum years later then I would have damn listened.

It was 3/7 for United to draw another top team (seven possibilities and three of them are top teams). That's about a 42 percent chance. But each lower team had a 4/7 chance (since they themselves aren't a top team they can get all four), about 57 percent chance of playing a top team.

I think you can say in the quarters it's less likely a top team would get another top team. Simply because there are fewer top teams to get (only three) whereas a lower team has the possibility of getting all of them.

I still think it's fixed, though. No good reason. Just cynicism.

Funnily enough, that is a reason I can understand - I'm sceptical about many things, I just want something I care about not to be irrevocably tainted.

FOR SCIENCE we should conduct this experiment ourselves, and when we don't get the results we want let's HANG the adjudicators until we do!

Because it happens far to often to be a coincidence

Someone posted that the big teams avoiding each other for the last lot of draws in the last couple of years was a 1.3% chance

Swansea have have been drawn away ten times on the trot which is a 0.098% chance, has that been rigged as well?

Whilst it's frustrating that they've all avoided each other again we're not talking winning the lottery type chances.

Im not calling that at at all mate. in the same post ive said im hoping to go to the game ? if i didnt like the draw i wouldnt go. Ive also shared my opinion when the draw doesnt involve leicester so that logic can not be carried.

Where have i said you MUST agree? In the original post i said CAN WE. Im of the opinion its fixed, youre not, i accept that and am not going to try and force you to see it my way. (Especially when i could be wrong) Im not angry because theres more important things in life than football, love the game and my team but at the end of the day its just entertainment.

On a side note, how crushed were you after the fifa corruption came to light? Money talks too much in the game these days

In both cup quarters this year all the big teams miss each other! That can’t just be a coincidence lol same as last year apart from Chelsea V Man U

"All of them missed each other except the ones who didn't, but we'll ignore them because it doesn't help substantiate my nonsense". Solid argument
