Season tickets

Recommended Posts

Hi ,

sorry if I'm on the wrong topic section, haven't used this forum in years.

my question is , can I move our 2 season ticket seats?

weve been season ticket holders for years, got a great view and guys we sit next to are great, but there's a section of people near by, that are a complete pain in the arse.

dont want to give it up, but can't be arsed with the crap every time we go.

also never been to an away game, what's the best travel clubs to use.

hope you can help.

thanks

Yeah, get in touch with the club and you may find that they have a couple of seats they can move you into or swap with somebody else who hates the people they sit with. Sort of like a twat timeshare arrangement.

You can relocate, yes.

I usually do away games on the train, I do the odd away on the official coaches. Ausden Clark run buses and have positive reivews from people that use them on here.

You can move seats, yes. It is easier to do it at the end of the season but you can do it anytime. However there is usually a 6 week or so "delay" before your new seats will be available. So lets say you go in to the ticket office today and say "I want to move", they'll show you which seats are available. But they are likely already sold for the next few home games, so you'll have to stick where you are for now. In practice, being relatively close to the end of the season, you probably best to wait until then now.

I had the same. Sat next to a smelly, drunken, toothless cretin who arrived pissed up, usually fell over during goal celebrations onto me or my son and took great delight in dropping his guts every five minutes. Was hoping his blatant alcoholism and liver failure may cause him to expire before the season finished - but alas he his still there. I moved a few rows away. Job done!

Nothing like squeezing every penny out of the support.

Well there probably are some admin costs involved in issuing new tickets etc, and it probably deters people from swapping constantly. In the overall scheme of things, I think £5 to relocate your ST is fairly insignificant tbh
