How would they even know... complete guess work.

Would it be in the accounts of either the clubs or the businesses?

Although like you I think it's guesswork.

Yes, but they'd only be able to cobble that together from previous years accounts. It's not current deals.

Our sponsorship deal will fluctuate each season depending on how much the owners need to put in to keep FFP in check, that's one of the main reasons they sponsor the shirt and no one else.

I guess West Ham's high figure is also based on it being plastered all over the London Stadium so surely a portion of thst should go back to the public?

In the current climate of Government austerity and crazy money in football the West Ham stadium scam is an utter travesty.

I can’t believe they are getting away with it.

As of man city charge themselfs 45m for there own company

Helps them bend FFP rules. PSG do the same. In theory so could our owners. But I believe they consider writting of the debt they did enough of a leg up over then paying over the odds for the ground and shirt sponsorship.

But if they really wanted to crack the top 6 it's a way of throwing money at it. However I think they are happy to run at a small profit and tick over.

I thought under ffp and prem rules all sponsorship had to be disclosed.

Not sure either do it I thought the deal has to be set out over a period of time. They can't say a 3yr deal is £45m a year and pay in £80m because the club needs it.

To the league maybe, but not to the press.

Yeah but numerous people would have access to the details. The lure of a free holiday and 20k spendo would tempt a few lol lol
