A small minority of our away fans will probably sing some songs that are not very nice, at some point. If you can work out the dodgy ones, it's worth not joining in.

 

Apart from the (relatively few) d***heads, away fans are (generally) the most dedicated supporters we have, and deserve a lot of credit. It is remarkable to hear a few thousand out-singing tens of thousands, on a regular basis.

Do not try & talk in a Mancunian accent, it doesn't work

Do not give money to beggars, they'll spend it on Spice

Do not give money to kids to "mind your car" they wont

Do not buy refreshments from the stadium, feckin awful

Avoid anyone trying to look like Liam Gallagher, they'll bore you to death

Otherwise Manchester isn't too bad

Good point, haven't been to an away game for a long time, West Brom I think it was. All I really remember is the boing when they scored!
