I am trying to embed a tweet on here-  I have got the code-

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Also, regarding tweets about Michael Oliver, he’s just doing his job and didn’t have a choice. He didn’t enjoy showing me a yellow and shared his condolences about the passing of Sophie which I thought was very respectful??</p>&mdash; James Maddison (@Madders10) <a href="https://twitter.com/Madders10/status/1106997356019494913?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">March 16, 2019</a></blockquote>
<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to do so?   I am pretty sure that the answer would be obvious!  Thanks in advance

Use the URL to the Tweet instead, it auto embeds. The software this forum uses is top-notch, no need for that nasty old HTML embedding anymore.

I'll just paste the URL you wanted below:

You can’t use code in the forum as it opens vulnerabilities and could be used by hackers. Just copy and paste the link and the software does the rest in the background

The tweets no longer show up for me and haven't since the last change. Cleared the cache as mark suggested but no change. Chrome, windows, PC.

p.s. Won't be able to reply:  You have reached the maximum number of posts you can make per day.

Is this still the case? I have been struggling to get it to auto embed recently.

I can't seem to embed tweets or videos anymore? When I post the URL it no longer auto embeds and this happens:

Leicester City on Twitter: "Moments of 2⃣0⃣2⃣0⃣ #WallpaperWednesday 🦊📱🎨 https://t.co/zjS9AJ25II" / Twitter

REVEALED: Leicester City's New World-Class Training Ground - YouTube

Any ideas?

Bingo!

It was pasting as rich text, plain text works ok.

Thanks!
