Once had Mark Phillips on Father's family business table at Burleigh Horse Trails about 10 years ago now; said a few interesting things about some of the royal family (although everyone at the table had a few drinks and laughs with him)..

Saw Dion Dublin and Matt Le Tissier on different cruising holidays.

Saw Jon Rudkin at Marks and Spencer, Fosse Park, last year.

I met Brian Little at a petrol station when he was still manager here. Nice guy.  Also bumped into Gary McAllister near the clock tower many years ago.

I thought we were just talking about motorway services.

 

I used to see Ian Marshall in Somerfield in Barrow quite often. Long time ago now, though.

 

Saw Matt Elliott very recently. About a month ago, I saw him coming out of a house on Cossy Rd. in Sileby. I gave him a thumbs up as I drove past, and he smiled and waved.

I was at the Glastonbury Festival one year and went to use a portaloo.

One appeared to be vacant but when I opened it, former City striker Mark Robins was sat in there looking a bit worse for wear.

He started screaming 'LET ROBINS DO HIS BOBBINS!!' over and over again.

I just walked away. Felt sorry for the guy.
