Brendan seems keen to have a squad that can push the first 11 to ensure they're on their toes, especially in training etc. Would make sense!

Nick Posted 10 December 2019 Posted 10 December 2019 Form player - needs regular games, minutes and back patting motivation. Not certain he’s the right choice as a 3rd choice CB but I’d trust BR and his team to make the correct call.
shailen Posted 10 December 2019 Posted 10 December 2019 He's a good defender but more of a backup for Cags and not Evans. Him and Cags are too similar in that they both love to get tight on the forwards and rush out of position and win the ball high up.
Clever Fox Posted 10 December 2019 Posted 10 December 2019 There's no doubt he's a decent player but I Just don't think there's any truth to it. We'd be throwing away 20 mil on a player with no resale value. It just doesn't fit with the way we've been doing things in recent seasons.
Deeg67 Posted 10 December 2019 Posted 10 December 2019 Smalling isn’t coming to Leicester to sit on the bench and play cup ties. Nor should he. All much ado about nothing.
