Doesn’t look like that I’ll be able to get back into the gym for a while what with this virus. Does anybody have any good websites that you can buy cheap / decent home gym equipment on?

I buy all my stuff from Powerhouse Fitness is Nottingham. Rather unhelpfully they're closed due to COVID. Bodymax rubber hex dumb bells are brilliant if you can find them on amazon.

I'd like to get on zwift but with an indoor bike rather than a real bike attached one of the things you attach them to. Anybody find a decent set up like this?

I’ve tried to find a barbell and just a few plates. Literally everywhere is sold out... I went out to decathlon just after shit hit the fan, and they had nothing, literally nothing! So I’m on the look out.

Got the one excerice bike, which wasn't £500+, I could find on the entire internet coming tomorrow. Can't wait.

I got a cheap exercise bike a couple of Christmases ago. Tonight I was doing 35kmph and managed to do 45 km in 45 minutes. I don't think the odometer is that accurate.

I bought one from a resale sight and mine was exactly the same. Just roll with it mate, next stop the land speed record.

Bought a 4iiii Fliiiight Smart Trainer for the bike this week. Don’t really fancy getting out on the roads just yet so I’m going to hook the road bike up and get on zwift.

 

Does anyone here use zwift?
