I'd actually worked out the "pod" bit and was about to suggest "sugar pod peas" (whatever they are), but couldn't see where "peas" came from - and couldn't face the inevitable ridicule and humiliation.....

p.s. What's a "cop outer"? Is that someone who unmasks under-cover police officers? Who drags gay police officers out  of the closet?
