Just discovered this guy. Composer drummer ,born in Ghana and raised in East St. Louis with deep roots in New Orleans. So good

Absolutely love these. Can’t wait for the album. Hopefully get to see them live in September if Boris keeps his word. 

Loving in Stereo came out today. Decent album. Keep Moving, Bonnie Hill, and Truth being my favourites so far. Looking forward to seeing these live in a few weeks. 
 

The marble vinyl looks very smart too!

boygenuis is probably one of my favorite "supergroups", Phoebe Bridgers released one of my favorite albums last year with Punisher. This year I get both Lucy Ducas AND Julien Baker drop amazing LPs.
