The other highlight for me was Youri's clever feint/dummy in the second half.

The one when he then set us away down the right hand side? Very classy move indeed.

It's because when he's on the right he just runs down a channel right into the corner. He then has to beat two players or whip an aimless cross in.

Playing him on the left means he can cut inside onto his right and run centrally at defenders. He's generally more effective doing that.

It’s not really a aimless cross with Jimenez though.

From experience playing, I preferred having quick players cutting in as you defensively have numbers in the centre of the pitch and it’s easy to cut down.

...much more different if the attacker is inverted!!!

He may be going into traffic but he has options due to his body shape having cut in. If you play on the right and you are a left footed attacker you cut in then you can naturally go to the right again between defenders, who either have to bring you down or let you go.

If you remember Mahrez, he was always cutting in, show him down the line and all he could do was put in a cross or wait for support.

Looks like he's ready to take a piss up the corner flag! Foul play and ungentlemanly conduct for afters :D

The casual turn, walk and point to his name is just icing on the cake. He knows exactly what he is doing and so do most opposition fans.

Anyone who thinks football isnt part pantomime is missing a great part of the game :)
