Wonder if they will finally get the FF right, they've managed to do it with the X-men, Avengers, Spidey, Blade etc.,  but never the Fantastic Four.

The Thing looks rubbish as all CGI. It was miles better when it was makeup. 

 

Yeah yeah it's slightly more comic book accurate but only nerds care about that.

With daredevil coming out soon what do i need  to watch to catch up. I watched daredevil 1 and 2 Jessica jones 1 and Luke cage. Skipped iron fist as couldn’t get into it and started the defenders but again struggled a bit.is there any I need to watch that will make stuff make sense without needing to watch everything?

DD series 3? Echo has some Kingpin stuff too.

I have seen echo it was more not having seen all the bits like punisher and others that if I needed to watch before I got to dd3

And Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen are legends.  Hats off to the two of them.  Can't wait.

Went to see thunderbolts today and enjoyed it. Quite looking forward to watching the new fantastic 4 when it comes out. Yet to see captain America yet waiting for it to come out on Disney now

Yeah I really enjoyed Thunderbolts. IMO the best movie they've made since the likes of Dr Strange Multiverse Of Madness and Shang Chi.

Yeah thought it was a really good movie and glad went to see it. Really like Bucky and yelena in it. Hoping fantastic 4 keeps things going when it comes out

A  Marvel comics event from the 90s Executioners Song, not the best but still a fun cross over in 12 issues.

The entire mutant massacre saga from the X-mem, this was the first mutant X-over event though not the first Marvel x-over event, I'm not quite certain but I think that was an Avengers story?

Used to have this issue, sold all my classic Xmen off a couple decades ago but they were certainly worth it, they had extra art added in too.

was bored so decided to watch some X=men 97, quite clever of the writers to take story elements straight from the Uncanny X-men Chris Claremont run, like Storm losing her powers, Magneto leading the X-men, the Goblin Queen, baby Nathan going to the future with the techno virus etc.,

I watched that, but not knowing the comics at all it was only ok.

Storm losing her powers.

Storm lost her powers helping Rogue who was a villain until she stole Capt. Marvels powers and psyche, fled to the Xmen for help going insane due to two personalities in her head and having stolen permanently Marvels powers, Marvel was left a vegetable for a time so the Avengers were not happy. The laser that removed Storms powers were made by Forge who was Storms on/off lover and taken by the U.S. government without his permission. Storm stayed on as the teams leader even without her powers whilst Cyclops left to make a life with Maddy.
